The kitchen is 23 x 18 and has an incredibly lengthy 11’ table and seats 8. The cabinets were rescued from a chemistry lab from St. Regis College. The appliances are stainless steel, the drawers and cupboards are fully stocked with all utensils and cooking aids. I will provide the basic food items of spices, sugar, tea, etc. The butcher block counter is 12' x 3' has plenty of working space. The hutch holds pots, pans, baking dishes, serving and mixing bowls and basically anything you could possible need.

The downstairs living room is 25 x 20 and has a sizeable leather sectional, a comfy recliner and a rocking chair. For your viewing pleasure the bookcases are stocked with 200 VHS tapes and over 100 DVD’s. If you desire to curl up and read you can choose from over 500 books to peruse, literature for all ages. We had great day trips from the house - hiking at World's End near Boston, exploring the Cape and bike trails, Ellisville Harbor State Park, kayaking in Buzzard's Bay, swimming at Scusset Beach, witnessing an amazing sunset at Sandy Neck, and of course, wandering Plymouth. In the evenings we were able to enjoy the quiet house on the pond - lots of cooking in the kitchen with dinners on the deck and sometimes relaxing in front of the TV. The house has fun and interesting decorations, and the owner is responsive to questions/comments.

This home was the perfect location for a MA vacation. We were close to Cape Cod, Boston and loved Plymouth Harbor! The house was very comfortable for our family of 5. We loved the pond and we fished at least five days of our stay and even used the canoe. The house had plenty of brochures for things to do and even suggestions from the owner. Great week and we would highly recommend this home!

We loved our stay in Plymouth, and we will remember this home for its beautiful setting on a picturesque New England pond. The home is comfortable and inviting, and has a very nice downstairs family room that allowed our family to interact in a way that we could never get from staying in a hotel. The location was perfect for day trips to Martha's Vineyard, Newport, Rhode Island, Salem, and central Boston. I recommend this home for anyone wanting to experience the beautiful New England countryside, yet remain convenient to interesting destinations.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this location in Plymouth. The house was very spacious and welcoming to our family. Our kids loved canoeing on the pond! The kitchen was huge, and we appreciated all of the extra’s that were provided by the owner. In the evenings, our family took great advantage of the huge collections of DVD’s that were provided. One of the biggest benefits of staying at this house was the location. During our week, we were able to visit the sites in Boston, Salem, Gloucester, along with enjoying different beaches throughout Cape Cod. The travel pamphlets and books that were provided by the owner made it very easy to navigate, and were helpful in our site seeing. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

This home is very comfortable and spacious. We had 5 adults and had plenty of room. The outdoor areas are beautiful. This would be a good place to have a big party or family reunion. We spent a lot of time together in the kitchen - it's a great gathering place. The owner is very helpful with lots of pamphlets and information about the area attractions and restaurants. We used many of her recommendations and were pleased. We would stay here again - it felt very homey!
