The villa is located at Fiddler's Cove Beach and Racquet Club. Fiddler's Cove Beach and Racquet Club is located mid-Island off Folly Field Road three blocks from the beach. It is a 23 acre resort within a gated community with 24 hour security. Fiddler's Cove offers two large swimming pools, heated hot tub, ten tennis courts, and two indoor racquetball courts and free access to a local fitness club. The central island location makes Fiddler's Cove an ideal place to visit for your next vacation. We are within minutes of grocery stores, local attractions and much, much more. And best of all, we are just a very short walk to the beach.
The 2 bedroom villa is located on the 3rd floor of the building, which adds to the peace and quiet we’re all looking for in a beach vacation. Enjoy the beautiful warm weather and gentle ocean breezes from the deck as you look over the golf course below.
The beautifully maintained, non-smoking, villa features an updated kitchen along with new flooring in each bathroom. Each bedroom has its own private bath. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed while the second bedroom has two twin beds. The remainder of the condo consists of a full kitchen, dining room, living room with queen-size sleeper sofa, and a deck that adjoins the living room.
The comfortable living area has a couch and love seat with a flat screen TV and DVD player. The couch converts into a sleeper sofa. Extra bedding is provided.
Two pools on the property offer large sundecks with deck chairs and umbrella tables for sunning and relaxing. The largest pool offers a hot tub open year round. Restrooms are provided at each pool. The beach is just a 5 minute walk away. The beach access provides restrooms, a vending machine, outdoor showers and metered parking for those who would rather drive over and park there. Meters charge $1.00/hour to park in their lot.
The clubhouse provides two racquetball courts, ping pong, corn hole with a quiet area for reading. Tennis court reservations are complimentary and made through the security office. Free WiFi is also available at the clubhouse and around the clubhouse pool area. Several swing sets and outdoor play areas are provided throughout the community for children. Bike racks and outdoor charcoal grills are provided outside each building as well.
There is also a bike path that connects with trails covering over half the island. This path goes right by the entrance to Fiddler's Cove. Bikes are available for rent from many places on the island and can be delivered directly to your villa.
Day trips to historic sites such as Savannah, Georgia are another alternative activity. Hilton Head offers a family friendly environment where there is something available for everyone to enjoy. Activities such as water sports, boat tours, fishing, golfing, shopping or dining at fine restaurants are just minutes from our location.

April 1st thru September 30th - $695/wk October 1st thru March 31st - $550/wk (monthly rates available) A signed rental agreement and a $345 deposit is due 10 days from booking. The $345 deposit will be applied to the weekly rental. Final payment of $350 is due 3 weeks prior to check in. $150 refundable check required for security deposit. CANCELLATION POLICY: No refunds if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date or early departure.
