Don't let the price fool you this is a nice, quiet , safe, place for a great couples or family vacation. The sunrise is spectacular from the balcony across the ocean. See dolphins jumping right from the balcony along with whales. The property has a private no-drive beach that is pristine that's great for shelling, beach fishing or just relaxing and working on your tan. I came here for a vacation and fell in love with the place , I bought a unit and I'm going to share it with a few lucky people per year for an incredible place for a vacation.

We stayed for 6 nights and thoroughly enjoy this condo. It was in an older building, but everything was maintained well. The pictures acurately display the condo and its location, although it seemed like we were closer to the beach than the appearance in the photos. You are close enough to Daytona to enjoy the touristy portions, but far enough away that the beach was very private. Many times on the beach, we were the only ones there. The owner of the condo was easy to work with, we even had to change dates after originally booking. He was very understanding and since the second week we picked was available, he made the change for us. This is definately somewhere we would re-visit and stay. Great for the whole family, adults, teenager, and elementary age child. Thanks for the memories.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway.

Loved this place. Grandchildren said, "Better than Disney (referring to the fun they had at the ocean)". Owner is very professional and quick to respond to any request. Loved the ocean views, people (other condo owners & renters) (plus all town people) very nice, helpful, and friendly. Loved being close to Daytona Beach for shopping, entertainment, church, and resturants. Would definitely go back again. Stayed 2 months. Very safe place. Condo manager on site 24/7 and was very helpful. Beautiful pool. Saw dolphins and a whale. So much to do and see. Close to other major attration areas. Safe place to walk or bicycle riding. Close to Flager Beach, St Augustine, Disney, etc. Daytona Speedway nearby. Would like to be there now and hear the ocean waves. A very relaxing, enjoyable place to stay. Enjoyed sitting out on the patio while overseeing the ocean & pool. Walking on the beach was so enjoyable as my husband said, "it is like having your own private ocean", and when people were there fishing they were very polite and friendly. Can't wait to go back again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.
