Convenient and Comfy

A party of 10 (yes, 10!) happen to visit Park City during the tail-end of Sundance Film Fest (1/27/12 through 1/30/12). Especially during this busy time, we were very pleased to (finally) find a condo to accommodate the 10 of us and the location was definitely convenient (the shuttle bus stop was in front of the building) to get us to Main St. and the base of Park City. Granted we shared the queen beds and 1-2 people randomly opted for the sofa for some nights (there was also a queen air mattress we didn't use), we all fit comfortably. Thank goodness for the FOUR full bathrooms!!! We could've used a bigger open common space but we are not complaining... the 2 sofas plus single and the 6-seat dining table gave us enough room to lounge to watch tv and/or play cards in the common space living room area. We enjoyed the tri-level since it allowed us to have our own privacy when preferred. There was definitely enough heat in the condo. So be aware of all the settings bc there's plenty that can heat up the place (quickly). Two thumbs up for the jacuzzi. Sharing it with the neighbors didn't seem to impose on any neighbor's time to use. We had a great time on the slopes and enjoyed our lodging at this condo. Hope you do too!

This was a really comfortable place to stay - and close to the ski lifts. We had 5 people, and could have had many more and still been quite comfortable. The owner was very conscientious about making sure everything was set up for us. Since we had Thanksgiving Dinner there, we were particularly happy to find EVERYTHING we needed to make a turkey dinner, right down to a poultry thermometer. Didn't expect that!

Great, roomy condo

We loved staying at your condo! We had 6 adults and a 3-year-old. It was wonderful to have 4 bathrooms, all with showers. My daughter loved switching bunk-bed levels each night. It was super-convenient having a washer/dryer, garage spot and hot-tub right outside the back-door. Great location too! We hope to stay here again.

Our Stay at Passer Condo

We were completely satisfied and pleased with our experience at the Passer condo in Park City. It was clean, spacious, and well appointed. It is obvious that the owner is proud of his unit as evidenced by its appointments, amenities, and impeccable upkeep. The listing description was accurate and the location was especially terrific for access to the downtown area and Park City ski area. Our family would recommend this unit to friends/relatives without reservation and we hope that it will be available for our next ski trip to Park City.

Holiday Heaven

Our family decided to get together in Park City for the Winter holidays. There were 15 of us, so we got two places. I wish we could have cloned yours! Needless to say, our 2nd place was not nearly as nice as yours. Eight of us stayed at your condo, and while that was a lot of people, we really enver felt crowded. The kids played up in the "loft" area, we entertained in the high ceiling living room, and those that needed to nap either went downstairs or closed the door to the bedrooms. Needless to say, we used the hot tub like crazy!!! This was a very nice place with lots of room, and the location was perfect. I can imagine that in the summer, it wold be great with kids to be able to literally walk across the street and have that great park to play in. For us, the closeness to the main drag was perfect. What a great town Park City is. We had no idea. Anyway, thanks a ton for your place. WE can't wait to come back

Perfect place for Family

Wow this place was just perfect for the family. The windows are amazing in the high ceiling living room that is a great place to gather with the family and the easy to start wood burning stove is a nice touch. We enjoyed lounging on the nice very clean couch watching the better then expected TV. Super nice rooms to sleep in late on very comfortable beds, with nice fluffy pillows. (They must all be new) Overall the place is well kept and very clean. Can’t wait to go back.

WOW!!! Really more room than we expected. There were 7 of us sking, so I was worried about being on top of each other, but the 3 levels (one is like its own separate unit) made life great. The main part of town is a 3 minute walk, and there is a chair lift that close as well. We couldn't figure out the hot tub, so we called the owner, and we had it cranked up in no time (really nice couple that owns the place-easy to work with). Great view in the master and huge vaulted ceiling in the main room. We have recommened this place to 2 othe couples, and they both went and loved it. Park City is great. Having a reasonably priced place to stay was just the greatest!

Park City Paradise

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. We were there in early December. The location is fabulous. The ski lifts and town are an easy two block walk. The condo was clean and huge! Plenty of room for the 8 of us. The beds were confortable. Kitchen had everything we needed (we like to cook in). Can't really think of anything negative. Great value for the money. Would definitely come back.

One heck of a great experience

We stayed at this Condo in Park City for our 2nd time in the past 12 months, and can't say enough great things about the whole experience. The first time, we didn't even knw about the extra room on the bottom floor. Extra room isn't really a good description. It is like its own separate condo. That things great for us since there were 8 in our group. The place was clean, super location and the owner was so easy to work with. We've have now used this place both in the summer for a weekend get-away and for a week during the ski season. We plan on staying here every year. Perfect in every way! Thanks

This place was perfect. Location, location, location. Close to the mountain, walking to town, and skiing. What else do you want? Plenty of room for 2 families that were on our trip. I would recommend this condo to anyone. Thanks for the great stay.
