Our fabulous duplexes are located on Hickory Blvd. just steps away from Bonita Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in southwest Florida! Relax on our deeded private beach on the Gulf of Mexico, or have fun shelling or watching the dolphins play! We are conveniently located between Fort Myers and Naples, approximately 20 miles from Southwest Regional Airport. For those of you familar with the area, we are located approximately one mile north of “Doc’s Beach House”.
There are TWO identical duplexes "Bay Breeze" and "Pelican View". Each duplex has two rental units, each with two bedrooms, two baths, screened-in lanai, roof deck, WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET, and a one car garage with full size washer & dryer. Each unit has a spacious dining/living room with a queen-size sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with serving bar, large closets, central heat and air.
There is a private dock with great fishing that all guests may use.
Relax on our private beach while watching dolphins play, or jog or walk the luxurious white sandy beach. Nearby you will find many excellent restaurants from very casual to upscale; shopping, more than ten golf courses, boat rentals, parasailing, jet skiing, biking, fishing charters, two major league baseball spring training camps, greyhound racing, the Seminole casino, Henry Ford and Thomas Edison's winter homes, museums and much more.
