This 2BR/1BA lakeside Key West style condo is within a beautiful landscaped 24 hour gated community. The condo is available for both short term (weekly) vacation or longer term rentals or leases. Snow birds are always welcome. Short term rentals include free initial cleaning. Additional paid maid cleaning services are available if necessary by request.
Newly tiled throughout with designer furniture, it sleeps up to 6 people, has all amenities with a fully equipped kitchen which includes granite finished counter tops, maple cabinets, fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker. A washer and drier are both in the condo, however for heavier wash loads a laundromat is available close by within the resort.
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed while the second bedroom has two twins. The living room has a pull out double sofa bed for those additional guests. Basic cable is available for the HD TV as well as DVD player and stereo with I Pod dock.
The condo itself also has free WiFi internet and is also available in the yacht club house overlooking Tampa Bay.
Relax or barbecue on the shaded ground floor patio while watching the pelicans and cranes dive for fish in the lake with its large fountain backing onto the patio.
The condo is just steps away from one of two resort type pools, one of the two lighted tennis courts and the modern fitness room with it's abundance of state of the art exercise machines.
Keep an eye out for dolphins from the second pool with its hot tub or from the pier, both of which overlook the open water of Tampa bay.
Other amenities at the Waterside S Village include dry boat storage, a convenience store, fishing piers, lighted tennis courts, business center with WiFi internet access, 88 acres of lush, colorfully landscaped grounds, the state of the art fitness centers have saunas and cardiotheater, and 24-hour security.

It was our first vacation on Florida, and expecting to get back on same place next year. The photos are exactly the same than what you'll see in and out. Perfect place to relax and detent. The Condo was very clean with all the amenities required to just show up and relax..the staff at the front gate were excellent and very friendly. I could not believe how close we were to all the beaches and great shopping centers, as well very cheap transportation to the airport via shuttle that picked us up at the door. Can't wait to go back next year a truly relaxing vacation ...Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

St Petersburg is a great city to explore and staying at this Coquina Key property makes the whole vacation experience perfect. This vacation rental is exactly as described, immaculate and beautifully furnished. The owner was extremely helpful and flexible in working with us and our time restrictions. Our only regret is that this property is booking up too fast for us to extend our time here. The ambiance at this resort is amazing, quiet and private when you have that morning coffee on the patio and gaze at the egrets and other birds in the sparkling water and fountains in your immediate view, and yet sociable and fun when you join other residents and guests at the yacht club pool and hot tub. A hidden gem, would reccomend to all!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
