Our home is located halfway between Ketchum and Hailey at the lighted intersection of Eask Fork/Greenhorn and Highway 75. We are 5 miles from both towns which is great for shopping in Hailey and restaurants and nightlife in Ketchum. We are a mile from Highway 75 on a private street next to the East Fork River.
The house is on a half acre and faces the river. You can hear the river from the deck. There are two large garages below the home and a set of interior and exterior stairs to the main living area.
On the main floor there is a galley kitchen with a breakfast bar and a large panty. the appliances are all new and stainless steel. The kitchen is fully stocked and we even leave a lot of essentials (spices, baking stuff, etc). The kitchen faces a dining table with seating for 8. The living room is connected with the dining and has two large leather couches and a chair. The 42' flat screen TV is hung above the working wood stove fireplace. There is lots of natural light for the main living area and its openess allows for great entertaining. There is a large wrap around deck with access from the front glass sliding door and the stairs and kitchen. Great for summer nights.
On the main floor there are two bedrooms. One has a large log queen bed, matching night stands and a dresser in the closet. The other is the bunk room with two bunk beds, a dresser and closet. There is a regular twin bunk bed and a twin bunk bed over a double. Lots of room for kids and adults! At the end of the hall is a large bathroom with double sinks and a shower/tub.
Upstairs is a great rec room area with two more couches that also face a 42' flat screen and wood stove. The ceilings are vaulted and the area is very open. There is a small deck that looks out the front of the house. The larger sofa is also a sofa bed. We have created a nice kids pay area behind the couches and hope to add a game table in the remaining area. There is another full bathroom off the rec room. The Master has vaulted ceilings and a large king bed with night stands. There are huge double closests and a private balcony.
We are centrally located and economically priced for families just like us! If you want to enjoy the area and dont need a fancy condo not friendly to your kids and pets then check us out!

About the owner: My husband is from Ketchum and we moved to Washington shortly after purchasing this home. We have recently furnished it in hopes of being able to use it ourselves for vacation and share it with our friends and family.
