I have rented in the complex over the last 6 years with different owners. This was by far the cleanest, well equipped unit I have had. The owner was so responsive to my request and I look forward to renting again in September. The welcome gift, the unlimited DVD rentals were a great surprise.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

When I viewed the pictures of the property on line, I thought it looked like a pleasent place to spend my vacation. I Have to say that not only was it pleasent, it by far exeeded my expectations! The condo was very clean, tastefully decorated, and had all the comforts of home. The veiw from the balcony overlooking the beach was amazing, I really enjoyed sitting out there in the mornings with a cup of coffee and again in the evening to watch the sunsets. The beach was probablly the nicest one I have ever been to! I was amazed how clean and clear the water was. I also enjoyed the pier just down the street as it provided a variety of great shops and restaurants. The owner, Karen, was very helpful answering my questions, providing information, and was very pleasent and friendly. I highly recommend staying here, and I am looking forward to booking my future vacations at this condo again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

I appreciate full service resorts that have professional assistance and fun amenities for all ages. My favorite vacations are at the ocean where I can hear the surf, walk the beach searching for shells, relax on my patio, shop for unique finds, and enjoy the fun activities of a beach town.
Why the Owner Chose Tidewater Beach Resort:
Tidewater Beach Resort is within walking distance of Pier Park. It has a great management company with long term maintenance and security personnel. Their is plenty to do inside the building(sauna, steam room, exercise, swim, watch movies, play arcade games, etc) and the beach front is spacious and beautiful. Panama City Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches. The sand is sugar white and the water is clear and a beautiful aqua green. Dolphin watching is fun as well watching the beautiful surf and sunsets. Swimming is ideal as the waves are gentle and the water is clear.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
I love the 10 ft ceilings, and the ceiling to floor large patio doors. In some condos, with lower ceilings, you feel a bit closed in. This condo is so light and airy with the large patio door and high ceilings.
Being on one of the top floors provides you with a beautiful view AND the elevators always start out at the top and go down. This means you get on and off quick compared to being on middle level floors.
The property is really like a resort and our management company takes great care to keep it clean, comfortable, and safe.
