Come and relax in this 2 bedroom condo that is within steps of the Biloxi beach and very convenient to everything you want to do and see in Biloxi. These units were completely remodeled after the 2006 hurricane and look spectacular.
My condo is 1250 square feet of luxury, and includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is a fully furnished kitchen, washer/dryer, master bedroom with king bed, second bedroom with queen, accommodating up to 4 people. There are two balconies that overlook the pool. Additional features include: hot tub, tennis court, and off street parking. There is an elevator to reach this second floor unit.
This condo is conveniently located, just 300 feet to the beach.

Reservation/Cancellation Policy:
RESERVATIONS: 35% down per reservation is required at time of booking or within 7 days if paid by money order. If the advance rent is not received within 7 days of booking, your reservation will be canceled. Final payment is due in full 14 days prior to arrival. If you have prepaid with a credit card, we will automatically charge the card on file the balance unless you instruct us otherwise. Each reservation is also subject to a non-refundable $45 processing fee/resort fee and cleaning fee. This is taxable at the rate of 12%.
CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of $75 (plus 12% tax). Your prepaid rent less the cancellation fee will be returned if the reservation is canceled 30 days prior to arrival for weekly and daily reservations, and 60 days prior to arrival for monthly reservations. All weekly and daily reservations canceled within 30 days and monthly reservations canceled within 60 days will forfeit the entire advance payment. Room changes are considered the same as a cancellation since the properties are individually owned.

This is an absolutely beautiful, spacious condo right by the beach. I figured the master bedroom/bathroom would be huge but was happily surprised to find out how spacious the 2nd bedroom/bathroom were as well. Also, the two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo so there is plenty of privacy (including a private balcony for each room). I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay near the beach and/or casino row. My only regret is not staying here longer!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

A group of friends stayed here for a weekend and it was everything and more then what we had imagined. The pictures do not do it justice for how beautiful the condo is. Everything that you could want to do in Biloxi or Gulfport is very close and some are within walking distance. Tons of room for two couples to have there own room or for a family. I would highly recommend staying here if your looking to have a great time on your stay!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.
