  We were looking for a place to have a great relaxing time with our kids, and this is the place:) Away from the city and then again close enough to everything you might need or want to do. Our time in this condo was absolutely enjoyable. The condo itself was comfortable, clean and so convenient, it is located at ground level and steps away from the amazing pool. Restaurants and small stores were just a short walking distance away. The staff was very nice and helpful. Can't wait to visit again next year and for a longer period of time. Once you rent this place, you will always want to come back!

  Look no further for an amazing Punta de Mita vacation rental. Spotlessly clean, newly constructed to a high standard, and perfectly located. If you're there with younger kids, the ground floor location is vastly superior to a second or third floor unit: you can lounge on the patio with a book while the kids enjoy the huge, beautiful pool just steps away. The condo has a NanaWall that lets the entire living room open up to the shady patio, beautifully kept grounds, and a huge view of Banderas Bay and Cabo Corrientes. Location wise it's excellent, with a great beginners surf break right out front, and easy access to the whole town. A half block south to the beachfront Ave.Anclote, with a string of (mostly touristy, mediocre) restaurants, and half block the other way to convenience store, surf/bike/cart rentals, an excellent little deli, a pizza joint, and my favorite: Bacon-wrapped hot dogs from the street vendor. A little exploration of the side streets yielded a couple of gems: Norma's a super local, family dinner spot on the sidewalk a few blocks east. Don't judge this place by the plastic tableware or unglamourous setting, it's simply delicious. Slightly more upscale is Cafe Como No, also excellent, and away from the beachfront tourist trap vibe. As far as our rental transaction went, I cant say enough about the owners, Kimberley and Jay. They were excellent communicators, dealt with a couple minor snafus diligently and professionally, and overall gave us a super-easy deal and a great vacation. 5 stars!

  My husband, baby girl and I are currently staying at this beautiful condo. We've been walking around Punta Mita all week looking at the other complexes in the area and none offer grounds and location like this unit. We love the grassy area between the unit and the pool - it's a great play area for the baby. The pool is beautiful and we have it to ourselves most of the time! The unit was spotless when we checked in, beautifully furnished, and is stocked with all the necessary items for cooking. It is just steps away to all the restaurants and shops in town. There is a nice little surf break straight out from the condo - we've both had fun surfing and paddleboarding. We leave tomorrow but are already planning to come back. Thanks Kimberley for a wonderful experience!

  This unit is fantastic, we are a retired couple here with our parents (85&94). It couldn't be more perfect. Firstly the view is superb, you don't even have to leave the patio, There is a lovely arbor, off the patio where you can get the shade or the sun. If you want more sun just take a few steps down to the pool, where there is lots more lounge chairs. The pool a huge infinity pool. The pictures show you exactly what it is like. We love having the king bed with private ensuite. My parents are using the queen bed with it's private bathroom as well. There is a single bed in their room for another guest if needed. This unit is stocked with everything we need, even sharp knives and a huge cooler on wheels to take with you when you go shopping. Really wonderful to have! ample towels and really large beach towels. The Canadian Shaw satellite TV is great, my mother is able to even watch her soaps, just like at home. Everything is spotlessly clean.within the unit & the lovely grounds around the pool are very well maintained. Having the large washer and dryer are a real perk as well.. Restaurants are just steps away, as well as the doctor and manicurist. Everything you need is here. We have a car for the month as we felt it would be needed for my parents. Although we have met many others who just use the bus. Again the bus stop is just steps away. We would love to return and will certainly recommend this unit to our friends.

  My husband, 10 month old baby and I spent a week in this spacious, well furnished condo and couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. The owner was very responsive to our rental inquiry and had the condo prepared for our stay in less than 24 hours. When we arrived, the local property manager arranged for us to have a playpen for only $7/day. The condo itself presents exactly as listed and is well kept and clean with everything you need for a great stay. Ground access to the pool from the large veranda/patio area is very convenient (especially during nap time for our little one!) and the sliding glass doors that fully open the indoor living space are an extremely nice feature. The complex is very secure and the guys that ran the gate were very friendly; the grounds (gardens and pool) are also exceptionally maintained. This particular condo is one of only four or five in the complex with direct access to the pool and ocean views as the backdrop. If you’re looking for a self guided holiday luxury holiday, you will not be disappointed.

  We had a fabulous week at the Faro. The unit was better than the discription provided as the open indoor/outdoor concepts needs to be experienced to be apprciated. We loved that it was a few steps from patio to large quiet pool. Unlike most resort dipping pools this pool is wide enough to do laps should you be so inclined. The grounds were beautifully maintained and the property was clean and modern. The Faro is steps to the beach and resturants. The people and merchants of this small unhurried fishing village were freindly and accomadating. We had a fantastic time and look forward going back someday. We would definitly recommend this property.

  We stayed here for our family vacation in November. Perfect spot! The unit opens up to the outside for indoor/outdoor living. Steps from the very large pool, 2 minute walk to the beach/main street that is lined with restaurants and the building was in quiet area. The building is very secure with a 24 hours security guard. Punta de Mita is small and the locals are friendly but there are all the amenities that you need for you vacation. Will book again!
