    The location was great. Nice apartment. It was not very clean (dishwasher was full and dirty when we checked in, floors and carpet dirty), cabinets not organized. All the stuff easy to fix but it should have been fixed ahead of our arrival.

    We had a great time staying at the apt: wonderful location within walking distance from both beach and fantastic food & shopping on Lincoln Road. The property is clean, with lots of natural light and great privacy provided by the greenery outside the windows. Wonderful time...

    Prior to my arrival in Miami, Agostino was responsive to my emails and concerns. Once my girls and I showed up on the 27th, he informed us that if we needed ANYTHING, he would take care of it, even while going away for the weekend. Having access to the condo without having to wait for him to arrive for entry or exit made life too easy. We had a few minor issues with items being in stock, but Agostino personally helped to deliver those items by the next day. My only advice would be to have it checked before new arrivals so that he does not have to be bugged. Other than that, the condo was spotless, the bed was comfy, and the location was perfect. We were walking distance from Ocean Drive so that we could be with the hustle and bustle of tourists, but far enought away to have our own quiet time and walk Lincoln Road with more of the locals. Will definitely be back! Thanks again Agostino.

    Conveniently located in South Beach. Clean, functional apartment was perfect for us (couple in our 50's); we got what we expected. We enjoyed eating nearby - the Mofongo and the tuna special at Jimmyz were outstanding - and strolling through Lincoln Mall to people watch, eat and shop. We also discovered Deco Bike, and rack locations at 15th and Alton and 16th and Michigan were great to use. Also close to Flamingo Park - a great place for strolling and swimming. Our only complaints: easy to hear neighbors, and fortunately they didn't stay up rockin' and rollin' very late; need more shelf space in the bathroom. Definitely a keeper for the location and price. The landlord, Agostino, was very helpful and responsive.

    Wonderful location within easy walking distance to the famous Art Deco district on Ocean Drive and the Lincoln Road Mall. You need to purchase a residential parking pass from Augustino if you have a car and finding a place to park is challenging depending on what "action" is going on in the area. Can hear the neighbours but it was wonderful to meet some of them! No Sports Channel on the TV, so my husband stated, but I didn't care. A comfy bed, everything you needed was provided. A great stay and would love to return.

    A group of us recently stayed at this adorable condo for WMC2012. I can't say enough good things about this property! Its a great location (only a couple blocks from lincoln road and about a 7 min walk to the beach). If you want to be in the heart of all the chaos of WMC, I would consider something closer to Collins Rd, but we never thought that our walks were too far! The place is also much bigger than it looks in pictures! There is a ton of closet space, lots of natural light, and the bed and futon are insanely comfy! There are plenty of towels, linens, and extra pillows provided! All of the residents/other vacationers in the building were very friendly and never complained about our music! In my eyes, we couldn't have gotten a better deal for all of the amenities the hamilton house provides! My only complaint was that there wasn't an ashtray or seating area outside, even though much of the buildings' residents were smokers (including us). Thank you Agostino for your hospitality! We will definitely consider staying at one of your properties again!

    We had a great time in the condo, well situated, with all you need. Near from Lincoln Road, in 10-15 min walk of the famous ocean drive. The owner was always available for questions or services. If you want to enjoy every little bit of south beach at good price, this place is perfect! Thank you very much Agostino !

    This appartment is situated 5 mins from Lincoln Road which is a lively place with many restaurants ,cafes and shops.The beach is a 15 min. walk. Although not situated in the most attractive area,we felt safe walking around. The appartment was decent but I would not recommend it for more than 2 people.The only negative was that it was a bit noisy as its not sound-proofed .The main problem was due to the tenant above us who insisted in walking about in her high heels and scraping furniture across her wooden floor at all hours when we were trying to sleep.I did ask her politely to be more considerate but she carried on regardless.Apart from that I would say it was reasonable for the money

    Stupenda la zona, a due passi dalla famosa lincoln rd. ed a meno di cinque minuti dalla spiaggia di South Beach, l'appartamento e' luminoso, funzionale e ben tenuto. Io e la mia ragazza siamo stati benissimo e siamo rimasti dieci giorni. Inoltre, di fronte all'appartamento abbiamo trovato un piccolo supermarket fornitissimo, un barbiere ed una pizzeria da asporto. Molto vicini (100 metri) starbuks caffè ed una infinita' di altri locali, bar e ristoranti. Anche se molto vicino alla liincoln rd. , la zona e silenziosa e tranquilla e l'appartamento ben posizionato con vista sulla piscina del condominio adiacente. Bello tutto. Ottimo il giudizio finale.

    Although we were able to comfortably fit 2 adults and a toddler....the condo is best suited to a couple. The condo is very clean, well appointed and reasonably priced. The only recommendation would be for the addition of a microwave oven. The bathroom is a bit tight...but still clean and new. The condo is within a 5 minute walk to the Lincoln shopping area and a 15 minute walk to Collens Ave. Parking is problematic on the street which is for residents only, but we parked on 15th at the meters...often without paying and never got a ticket and parking was plentiful. We did not have need for recommendations or services from Agostino...but he made it clear that he was available when needed. All in all, a great stay and a definite recommend from me. Enjoy Miami....

    Recommended for: Adventure seekers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

    Very clean and cozy apartment, ideal location for those who want a relaxing vacation by North Beach. The water is phenomenal, the apartment is situated a block from the beach. There are plenty of restaurants around, including an ethnic supermarket and 24-hour Walgreens right around the corner. This part of Miami does not have the best night life and is located on a quiet street; if you're into the partying scene or enjoy the liveliness of Ocean Avenue, this apartment is probably not for you. Otherwise, the host was gracious, and the price very affordable with South beach only a 15 minute taxi ride away.

    Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

    We usually come to miami from Italy twice a year and this year we found this great apartment, just two blocks from lincoln mall and segafredo!! the place is very clean, well equipped with fast internet and tv. the building is safe and has everything u may need around it and you don't even need a car! the beach is in a 10 min walk. the owner is very helpful and nice. we definitely coming back all the time... Great job! Grazie!

    Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway.
