  Wonderful vacation! This rental is in a great location and quiet neighborhood. Private pool and grill was awesome! Grilling up dinner nightly saved a lot of money. The nearby Walmart was a huge convenience. The fenced yard was great for our dogs. Coming from NYC we don't have that luxury (they had a great vacation too!). Very close to attractions. The home was lovely and clean. Mark and Shannan are great to work with and very accommodating. The few issues that did come up after our arrival were looked into and resolved right away. Couldn't ask for better service. Even after we left and realized we left something behind Shannan was very helpful. Booking and payment process via homeaway was simple and secure. Checking in and out was also a smooth process. We had such a great time at Clear Creek Villa. I would definitely consider staying here again and totally recommend this rental to others.   This home was more than we expected, the house was very comfy and gave us that "at home" feeling. There were six of us travelling together which included two small children and there was enough room for all of us. Everyone enjoyed the swimming pool and the game room and all the activities that were close to the area. We were also able to cook full meals two of the nights that we were there, all in all we had a really good time.

  We rented this house for our family Disney vacation. The house is beautiful, exactly as displayed in the pictures. The kids enjoyed the game room and the pets had plenty of running space in the fenced backyard. Disney is about 20min away. Outlets are about 30 min away. Walmart is 5 min away, right down the street. This house is in a quiet comfortable neighborhood. A great place to come and relax after a long day at Disney. Our only complaint would be that we did not get to utilize the pool because the motor needed repair. However it was back in service on our last day. The pool looked clean and inviting the day we left. Too bad we didn't get to enjoy it. Overall our stay was great and we will definitely be using this house for our next trip to the Orlando Area.

  The pictures of the home were an exact representation on the home. Beautiful from the time we opened the door. There was enough room for everyone. The pool and game were a hit. After spending hours on hours at Disney World, it was very nice to return to such a home for some good rest with the peace and quite afforded by the neighborhood. I would highly renting this house when in the Orlando area. Pet friendly was a plus for us. Renting was fast and easy being able to pay online and receive documents via email. Thanks for sharing your beautiful house with us. Ken and Barbara and Family..

  The pictures are exact and the house is in the perfect location. We went to Disney World 5 days and each day it was a delight to return to such a nice house. The kids loved the pool and the game room. Everyone had plenty of room to relax and get ready for the next day. We have stayed in several rental houses and this is one of the nicest. Very easy process to rent. Owners were very quick to respond in every way. Hurry, Hurry, don't look anywhere else. This is the place. The Drakes

  From the minute we walked in until the day we left, we were very impressed. This house is very well maintained and made coming home everyday impressive. The only thing we regret is not staying longer so we could have enjoyed the pool and game room. We plan on contacting Matt and Shannan again in the future!

  We absolutely loved this house! We just left after a weeks stay and we didn't ever want to leave! The house was completely and fully equipped!! The pool was great! All the rooms were satisfactory!! We can't wait to stay again! We spend the week at the Disney theme parks also. This house was a very short drive to the parks! There was a Walmart, Publix, banks, restaurants etc right around the corner for any of your needs!! I rate this 5 + stars! Thank you again!! The James Gang From Ga.

  This house has exceeded our expectations! It was only 10mins from Disney Theme Parks. There is a Walmart just around the corner and Publix grocery stores around the area as well. The pictures completely demonstrate how this house looks. No secrets. This house was spotless when we arrived. It has everything you need including floaties for the pool! The most important factor for us when searching for a home to rent was the fenced back yard for our dog. This house not only has a fenced yard, but it has ample room for romping around back there for any dogs! It also affords you so much privacy so you aren't staring at the neighbours and vice versa. The neighbourhood is nice, quiet and clean. It also appeared very safe. I also had a friend stay a few nights with us who lives in Florida, and she was over the moon for this home as well. She has some slight mobility issues but had no problems accessing the house or the walk in shower. I would definately recommend this property to anyone. Note- It is best if you have a vehicle while staying here as it would be quite the hike to the main road. We had our deposit back within 3 days of leaving the property. This was very appreciated. I can't wait to go back. Thanks Shannan for accepting our big dog (doberman) at your lovely home. It is so hard to find a place that doesn't have weight or bread restrictions. He had the time of his life and so did Mom and I. Julie and Helen Risk

  Clean and easy! Left a personal gift of treats for our dog which was wonderful! Great perks of staying in a home vs. hotel. Everything was at our fingertips. Overall, nice home and we would stay again!
