Our Guest House is part of a small estate located on a quiet street. We are located less than 200 yards from three beaches where you can relax and sunbathe to your hearts content..On late afternoons leisurely relax with a cool drink under the shade of beautiful mature trees. A lazy stream runs through the property with ducks and other wildlife traveling through. This charming cottage, ( a mix of sea, sand and country ), is a rare Cape Cod experience. Why the Owner Chose Dennis Port
We have always dabbled in real estate. However, innkeeping was not something we had ever thought about . It's fair to say that the property at 32 Inman Rd., around the corner from the guest house, chose us. We saw it in a local real estate ad, drove down the next day, and bought it in all it's faded glory. With the help of our architect son Mark and his landscape architect wife Susan, we completely renovated / redocorated it. We are proud of " An English Garden B&B ". After 7 years running it, we decided to buy the property around the corner with this charming guest house. We love living on Cape Cod and are thrilled to share both the B&B and the guest house.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We now live next to the guest house on an acre of land with the ocean nearby. Early summer mornings when we walk over to the B&B to start our day, we can see the ocean and know that it doesn't get any better. We have walking trails, concerts, craft shows, the famous Cape Cod Baseball League, and shopping in nearby villages. We look forward to the changes of the seasons. Here's a big plus ..

Joe is an MIT graduate class of 51 and for 30 years he was vice president in a firm that specialized in the manufacture of geodesic domes. You may have seen one ( huge golfballs ) in your travels as they are part of a worldwide landscape. Anita is a retired professional actress having played many roles on the Boston stage. She has also done commercial and voice-over work. We are proud parents of four children and eight grandchildren. Weston, MA was home for 40 years and now we call Cape Cod our home.

We spent 10 days in Anita and Joe's rental home this summer and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The house is literally steps away from one beach and a less than 5 minute walk to several other beaches. The home was very clean, well maintained and the kitchen was stocked with a good amount of equipment which made our stay much easier. The block where the house sits is exceptionally quiet and peaceful. Anita and Joe were very knowledgeable about the area and extremely hospitable.
