This is an off-ocean property in a prestigious golf community but is only minutes from the ocean, on the ocean side of the Intracoastal Waterway.
Centrally located, Magnolia North is very close to lots of shopping, dining, boating, golfing, tennis, fishing, nightlife and world-class entertainment. This villa features high ceilings with ceiling fans, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen and a lake view private patio porch with deck furniture for relaxing with that first cup of coffee or an evening cocktail.
Of course, the big blue Atlantic is only a mile away, but you can also choose to kick back and enjoy one of the large pools overlooking a lake or golf course. Even though you can prepare meals comfortably in your condo’s kitchen, you can also take advantage of the outdoor grilling and picnic area. Cook out with your friends and family and enjoy the sunset!

We arrived on Friday afternoon and left on Sunday. The condo has everything you will possibly need and the wi-fi was easy to access. Entire place was immaculate and very quiet. Plenty of parking available, pool was very nice, and entire complex was neat and clean. Will stay here again and can't wait. We were conveniently located to shopping and restaurants.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, people with disabilities, girls getaway.

This unit had a nice golf course view. There was plenty of space/room inside and the patio outside was nice to sit on and relax.
