Come stay in our newly built California Craftsman home. Located near to the beautiful sands of Redondo Beach, our home is tucked away 100 feet off the street on a quiet cul-de-sac. It's a perfect oasis for families with children or adults looking for a quiet, peaceful vacation.
Come enjoy the beach, the local attractions or simply the serenity of our home. My wife and I are both high school teachers and we enjoy traveling with our children during our summer and winter breaks. We have enjoyed renting our home to other families while we are away and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. We built this home ourselves in 2009 and take great pride in its upkeep and appearance. We view our home as our 4th baby and are careful when renting to others. We do not rent our home for parties or to anyone under the age of 25. We are very respectful and thoughtful towards our wonderful neighbors.

I recently stayed at this rental with 4 other friends and everything about the house and the owners was wonderful. The location was convenient with a nice short walk to the Redondo Beach Pier andHandels Ice Cream, best ice cream ever! Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The house was spacious and comfortable. The owners are very nice. We were able to cook breakfast, hit the town, then come back and relax. If you are looking for a bit of R&R with the ability to travel anywhere in the area, this is the place for you!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Our family lives out-of-state and used this property as a place to congregate for a family reunion in CA. The pictures of this home are accurate: it is super-clean, well-appointed, quiet, bright, and perfectly suited to our needs. The owners are super-nice and good about answering email. The home instructions are very specific and helpful, and the house had everything we needed. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this property! Because tastes are different, I would note that the upstairs beds are very firm, which some may prefer, or not. The house was bright, private, had a lovely yard, and was very nicely situated on a small lot, so you need to be respectful of the neighbors, which wasn't a problem for us. We were mainly there to see family, but did have a fun dinner at Tony's On the Pier. We went there mainly to have seafood and a good view, but our dinners were surprisingly good and the service was great.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+.

About the owner: My wife and I both grew up here in Southern California. We are both high school teachers. I teach physics and she teaches English. We have 3 wonderful kids and we love to travel.
Why the Owner Chose Redondo Beach:
This is our family home. During our summer and winter breaks we love to take fun trips with our kids. But we are always so grateful to call Redondo Beach home. We absolutely love this town. It is our favorite beach to spend the day in the sun.

Our California Craftsman style home has tremendous tranquility and privacy. We built this home ourselves in 2009 with great attention to detail. It is 100 feet off of a quite cul-de-sac in South Redondo Beach. It is a 5 minute drive to the sand.
