  Owner was prompt with email responses before and during our stay. Gave us a deal for booking two of their units. Kids enjoyed the pool and the shopping at the outlet stores. Will definitely be coming back next year

  We loved this place. Close to everything and all the staff was nice. Kids had a good time at pool. Had to use the grocery store and it was nice that it was right below us. Did watch the fireworks but you can not really see that much of them..so a little disappointed in that but everything else made up for it. Would stay again

  We had a wonderful time. The condo was really nice. The only downside was that the beds need a little upgrading. The sheets were hard and so were the beds. After the first night we were so tired we didn't notice the beds any longer. :) Working with the owners was great. They were very accommodating. We took our daughter, son and daughter-in-law and our two grand daughters. The kids loved the pool so much that we had to drag them to Disney (they have a pool at home so this one really was a hit). They loved the pirate ship! We would definitely stay there again!

  Actual address is 8112 Poinciana Blvd not what was provided by owner. Front desk didn't reconize the reservation even when I provided the receipt from owner. After the clerk verified the address that the owner provided was close by did she dug a little further and and then realized that the hotel manages this property too.Room cleaning is $40 which is added to credit card after departure. The cleaning fee should be mentioned on the listing. Overall the room was nice, pools were were nice as well. Pirate ship pool is across the road between the other buildings in the complex. Sitting on luani watching fireworks was special treat.

  Owner response: Thank you for your review. We do not use the 8112 address as it does not show up on Google Maps, but the address provided is a part of the resort. You should not have been charged a cleaning fee as it was already collected. The same company manages all of the buildings in the resort, not sure why the clerk was not aware of that. We have tried to get in touch with this guest about sending a refund but the guest hasn't responded. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We look forward to your next stay with us.
