This private, rustically furnished residence boasts 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The master suite consists of a king bed, private bath with a jetted tub, a double head shower, a private balcony to enjoy a glass of wine and the view of the Valley. Friends or family can also enjoy staying in a separate king bedroom, 1 of 2 queen bedrooms, or a full size bunk bedroom (with pull-out murphy bed) - great for lots of kids - it sleeps 5!
This exquisite home houses 2 large, open living areas; both with flat screen TV's, cable, and fireplaces. The main living area is perfect for hosting large families or groups and is adjacent to both the kitchen and dining spaces - ideal for apres-ski cocktails before everyone hits the Jacuzzi hot tub! The lower living area doubles as a game room with an XBox station and a 14 foot long shuffleboard table. This game room also hosts a kitchenette and a full size refrigerator. A perfect hangout for kids and teenagers alike!
You can step out onto any one of the four decks and breath in the mountain air amid the tree lined slopes or take full advantage of the spacious layout inside, spread out over four floors. The house's unique design allows large groups to convene and enjoy one another's company, while giving individuals both space and privacy and keeping the noise levels to a minimum. A great house for multi-family get-a-aways with kids!
The house is fully furnished and includes 2 laundry rooms, a 2 car garage and heated driveway with space enough for 4 more cars.
We're located approximately 500 yards from the Vail bus route and minutes away from grocery stores, convenient stores, restaurants and Starbucks! Not to mention, minutes from downtown Vail and all of its amenities. Enjoy all that Vail has to offer, no matter the season! Hiking, biking, off-roading, snow-shoeing, skiing...we've got it all right here!
