112 72nd Street, located in the quiet residential area known as the North End of Virginia Beach, with its pristine, walkable beach, is a wonderful summer vacation destination. You can choose to veg out or take advantage of the area which is rich in sports opportunities, good restaurants, and family fun.
The single level house sleeps eight people: a master bedroom/bath with king bed, two rooms with two twin beds each, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room.
72nd Street terminates at the beach so there is no through traffic. The beach access walkway is 150 feet from the house.
This property has an enclosed outdoor shower and a foot hose by the front door.
This home offers a newly renovated fully equipped chef's kitchen (take advantage of the Saturday Farmers' Market!) with pass-thru to dining room, kitchen has a small TV. House also has a large living room with cable TV and wood-burning fireplace. There is a large closet in the master and a tub/shower in both the master and hall baths. Additionally, there is wireless internet/broadband, parking for 4 cars in the paver driveway (+ garage), ceiling fans in master, dining and living rooms, and original artwork on walls.

I rented this property for a family vacation of 7 which included my elderly mother. The house was better than I expected with plenty of room for all of us. The house was very clean and well taken care of. Just a couple houses down the street and you are on the walkway to the beach. Met some of the neighbors who were all very nice and helpful. Every morning my mom and I would walk the beach and watch the dolphins. My teenagers loved the ocean. We were so glad that we stayed in the northern part of Virginia Beach. We didn't miss the hustle and bustle of the main beach. I would totally recommend this house to anyone heading to this area.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.
