Located in the protected Plantation on a secluded acre this comfortable beach house has all of the conveniences of home plus coastal charm. Multiple decks, private screened pool, outdoor shower as well as large screened TV, wireless Internet and park grill await you. A tree lined boardwalk provides beach access for fishing, swimming, shelling and walking. Bicycle paths abound.
The Plantation on St. George Island: The Plantation on St. George Island is a gated community with limited access through a security guard insuring privacy and protection. The homes are nestled into beautiful large lots with easy access to the beach and bay. At the end of the Plantation is Bob Sikes Cut which is renown for its fishing opportunities -- and view of Little St. George Island. It is wonderful to perch on the rocks of the Cut and look at the boats parade by or watch the birds and dolphins.
Plantation Amenities: A gorgeous new Plantation Clubhouse is available to all of our visitors. It features a beautiful new pool and exercise room. Close by are tennis courts and extensive paved bike paths.
