This unique home is situated in a private cul-de-sac and yet is walking distance from restaurants and the Vilano pier. Parasailing, jet-skiing, and deep sea fishing cruises are walking distance from the house. Historic St. Augustine is a five minute drive, golf courses of St. Augustine are ten minutes away, and golf courses of Ponte Vedra are 20 minutes away. Two large outlet malls are a ten minutes drive and theme parks of Orlando and Kissimmee including Disney, Universal Studios, and Sea World are one hour and 45 minutes away.

Rest of Year ................................ $2200/week.
Add 9% Tax & $200 Cleaning Fee. $300 refundable deposit. One-third of total amount
rental fee is required before a reservation is confirmed. The remaining
two thirds is due 8 weeks prior to scheduled date of arrival.
Total cost including cleaning and taxes is $3579 high season, $2598
rest of year.
