  This apartment was extremely comfortable and well furnished. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of hot water. There was wifi (didn't quite reach to the BR and office area though). The kitchen was well provisioned with plates, glasses, appliances, etc. The location was outstanding. I would definitely use this apartment again. My only suggestion would be to have some additional towels (as those are bulky to pack) and a bit more written instruction on the use of the appliances, though the property managers were happy to help out and explain when I called. (I hope we don't have the same problem as above with getting our security deposit returned).

  The location and comfort of this apartment are outstanding. It is easily located for public transportation and walking to many of the best tourist attractions. There are some small drawbacks: if you like to cook, the equipment in the kitchen is minimal (but since it is called Bizflats, I suspect that most of the people who stay there eat mostly in restaurants - of which there are many in the neighborhood. On the other hand, the apartment is only a short walk to a wonderful local market. Another important point, if you are going to use all three bedrooms, one of the bedrooms is without windows -- not a major problem but something to be aware of. The living/dining spaces are very comfortable even including a television that gives you the option of English language programming. I do need to mention one criticism. Since it is not about the apartment itself, I did not lower my score but I must say that the only difficulty we had was in getting our deposit refunded.

  This apartment was better than expected!(after figuring out how to work the lift on both ends!) I was with my 2 teenagers and we were impressed with how beautiful, spacious and spotless it was. The stained glass window accents & tiled floors are in our photo albums. The location was perfect for us to walk almost everywhere. The nearby dining was spectacular-Micheal's less than 3 blocks.Everything you hear about Barcelona! We are & shopped out way through the city. We rode the double decker tourist bus to get our bearings and it was a great experience. So many sites to see & we saw most all! Loved Park Guell! We spent time on the beaches and great food along the coast as well.Loved the many coffee shops right on our street. My son even got a great hair cut in the shop on the street right next to the apartment! Wishing I was ther now!

  Had we not been pickpocketed twice in Barcelona our rating would certainly be excellent. On arriving in Barcelona, struggling to get my suitcase aboard the train, my camera was stolen from my purse. The next day my husband and I were exiting the metro, my husband's wallet was taken from his front pants pocket, the money taken and the wallet returned. It is a pity that the honest merchants in Barcelona did not profit from our visit, only the thieves. The property itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable, well appointed (although we would have enjoyed an American style coffee pot) and in a safe, convenient location.

  The apartment is beautiful, well appointed, comfortable, spacious and quiet. The location is also excellent, only a block or two from a major road and metro stops. The photos on the web are true to the apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and I'm highly recommending this property to others.

  My husband and I spent one month in this lovely apartment in May 2011. Our children and grandchildren took turns visiting, and we were all comfortable. We had a great time in Barcelona. There is so much to see that one month was not enough. Jaume was a great resource and helped us with all our needs, including finding a doctor when I got sick. The kitchen was small but we usually only fixed breakfast at the apartment, and we ate lunch and dinner wherever we were at the time. There were grocery stores all around us, great restaurants and tapa bars, and wonderful stores. We were close to two subway stations, so we did not need a car. On some occasions we rented a car for one day out of the city excursions, and fortunately the apartment comes with a spot in a parking garage across the street. Every morning we would get our ABC at the corner newsstand, then to Paola's bakery for our baguette. The apartment is located in the center of the city, just a short walk from several must see Gaudi buildings. Writing this makes me want to go back.

  You can stop looking! You have found the perfect place to stay in Barcelona. This flat offers the utmost in charm and beauty in a superbly convenient location in the heart of l'Eixample, close to many of Barcelona's wonderful attractions. Within a few blocks, one can find the Mercat de la Concepcio, an open air market with a wide selection of fresh fruits, fish and meats, and the Passeig de Gracia, a beautiful tree lined street with lots of shops and restaurants. It's close to many varied cultural experiences, a pharmacy if the need arises, and a convenience store (located just outside the building's front door). The apartment is also near a subway stop and several Gaudi-designed buildings. The apartment itself is very comfortable with plenty of room for our family of four (though it offers room for up to six people). The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans and offers the opportunity to prepare food purchased from the nearby Mercat. The dining room, with it's beautiful tiled floor, made for a great way to enjoy the meal while the living room was a comfortable place to enjoy an after dinner drink or to watch TV. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean, as were the bathrooms. Jaume, the apartment's manager, met us when we arrived showed us around the apartment and old us how to get around the city and suggested things for us to do. We then enjoyed a leisurely lunch at "Ravel", located near the Mercat. He was the perfect emissary to this charmed city, accessible when you needed him and helping us really enjoy our stay. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone thinking of visiting Barcelona. Not only is it centrally located and well maintained, but Jaume helped make sure our visit was very enjoyable.

  Upon arrival I realized that the listing description and photos accurately reflected the apartment's appearance and amenities. The flat was clean and well-maintained and the rental agency representative was very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this apartment to friends/relatives/ fellow travelers both for the quality and size of the property as well as the excellent location with many bars, restaurants, and great shopping nearby!

  My family of 4 just had a wonderful stay at the Dandi apartment in Barcelona. Working with the staff was extremely easy and they were very helpful to have purchased electric convertors for us so they were there upon our arrival. The apartment was so spacious and very well appointed. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were as well. The apartment was very quiet, therefore after our exhausting days of touring in the beautiful city of Barcelona, we slept like babies. The location of the apartment was perfect. Literally right next door is a convenient store, and there are many, many places to get your delicious morning coffee and pastry. We found some lovely little pubs within very close walking distance and many wonderful shops as well. The Dandi is very close to the green line metro station that was very convenient to many of the tourist attractions. We would without a doubt recommend this unit and Biz Flats to anyone traveling in Barcelona!!
