We love OBX! After our 3rd trip we both agree that this condo was the best! These pictures don't give justice to the true decor and spacious of this condo; not the to mention the awesome views from the wrap around deck! Plus, all the small extras that the owner could think of; we felt more like house guest than renting tenants! The owner, makes you feel right at home and takes the business out of your stay!

....beautiful place and view. We highly recommend staying here if you are in Corolla...lots of places nearby like grocery, bakery, pizza, and beach...wild horse tour....Just loved our stay. We love to play golf so our stay included golf everyday.....Perfect place to relax and watch the sunrise every morning!!!! We were very happy !!!!!!!!

The previous reviews made it easy to choose. But the actual experience was even better. Cheery, clean, wonderful views, fun watching the tee for the par three, and great breakfasts on the deck. Great neighborhood. Walkable distance to the Harris Teeter and the donut shop - if you don't sunburn your feet the first day on the beach, as I did! We would definitely do it again. Lynn is a delight to work with.

I just came back from a week's stay at this condo-aptly named the "Point of View" as the view from the wraparound porch is truly spectacular--you see the manicured golf course in the foreground and the ocean in the background. The photos do not lie--the condo is very spacious and attractively decorated. Lynn, the owner, was there to greet us and help us settle in. The great thing about the Outer Banks is that there are a lot of different things to do, and many of the activities are close by. We biked in the early morning along the many bike trails that crisscross the Currituck Club community, went to the beach, kayaked around Pine Island Audubon sanctuary, which is only a few miles away, and took a jeep ride to see the wild horses above Corolla. While there is a beach associated with the Currituck Club, Lynn told us about a better one-at Whalehead, which is wide, uncrowded, and minutes away. Whatever the activity, we looked forward to coming back to our condo. Even with two 16 year olds, there was plenty of space. And our two year old labradoodle liked it, too! Thanks, Lynn, for an enjoyable holiday, and we look forward to coming back!

This was our first experience with a VRBO property and we couldn't have been happier with our experience! The listing was accurate, but the rooms were more spacious than the pictures were able to portray. The property was immaculate and had everything that we needed or hadn't thought about needing (cheese grater, chip clip for examples) . Lynn was so kind and helpful in answering our many questions for our first trip to the OBX. I was a bit concerned about the trolley - but it worked perfectly. We were also close enough to walk to the grocery store, and club house to play shuffle board and bocce. I strongly recommend this property - not only because of its location and amenities but also because of the experience with the owner!

We stayed the week of 7/31/11 and had a great time. The condo is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you will need. The ocean view is awesome from the deck as well as the sound view from the bedrooms. The community is conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and the beach. We had a wonderful vacation week. Lynn was a pleasure to deal with and we look forward to our next trip.

We just returned last night (7/31/11) and the condo was more than we expected. Upon our arrival Lynn met us and showed us around the villa and gave us the lay of the land. We told her that the pictures did not do it justice. It was spotless and beautifully decorated. Currituck Club is wonderful as well. The trolley system is great and the Lighthouse staff are extremely helpful, warm, and friendly. It was truly an outstanding and memorable vacation for our family! We are singing Currituck Club and Corolla praises to every one. We are already planning to return to OBX next year and make it our permanent summer vacation destination.

A Delightful Beach Retreat!

What an absolutely delightful beach retreat! We loved the immaculately clean, comfortable and convenient condo located in the beautiful, gated Currituck Club in Corolla. Lynn was a gracious host, and we had everything we needed close by. The three bedrooms and three baths were perfect for our large family! We toured everything from Hatteras to Carova Beach, and the Corolla area was by far our favorite. The 4x4 beaches and the wild horses are amazing! We loved Roanoke Island, The Lost Colony, flying our new kite at Jockey Ridge State Park, and touring the lighthouses. Horseback riding with Equine Adventures on Hatteras was incredible! This condo is the perfect place to escape, and still get to enjoy everything the OBX has to offer!

Our experience at this condo has been very pleasant. We have vacationed here several times. The unit is beautifully decorated, clean and well maintained. The views are awesome. We enjoy watching the early morning sunrise on the deck. Both Lynn and her husband have been very accomodating. We have experienced spring, summer, fall, and winter here! We plan to return.

My father rented this wonderful condo for a multi-family visit/stay in conjunction with by brother's wedding. This was my first visit to this area and my huse enjoyed this property so much - we are already talking about making this an annual event! Photos accurately show the condo's appearance, etc., but you can't really grasp its true beauty until you arrive. It was very clean and well-maintained. Lynn was always available for answers to anything the condo or dining suggestions. North Banks Restaurant/Bar in Tim Buck II is a great place...gotta try the crab grenades.

This condo was fantastic! The decor, furniture, accessories, cooking utentials, towels and more were just like staying in a friend's private home! Everything was very clean, and beautifully decorated, and beds were comfy and linens and towels soft and plush. Four of us, two couples, stayed for 4 nights, and returned home relaxed and are ready to come back again! Lynn is prompt, courteous, very helpful, and quick to respond with any questions we had prior to the stay. She met us at the gate to the community, and walked us thru the unit to make sure we were satisfied. Her recommendations for restaurants were dead on, and delicious, and her guest fee for Currituck Golf Club is additional bonus as well. Just wanted to write a review about our stay at this lovely 3BR 3rd floor condo! The condo is beautifully decorated, very clean and has beautiful views of ocean and sound (with a great hammack on deck, lounge chairs and a table/chairs) The kitchen is well stocked and the owner provides nice towels and fresh linens for each guest. The condo is close to the elevator and is convenenient to many restaurants and shops. It is also close to beach access. I also was impressed that the condo was kid friendly with socket covers in place for those little fingers to keep safe. We had a great stay and Lynn was a pleasure to deal with.

My family stayed for a few days in April, and had a great relaxing time. Condo is laid out well for families, with our 3 kids staying in the back 2 rooms, and we stayed in the master right off the living area. Very clean and awesome views from the wrap around porch. Beach is a drive or bike ride away, and although I didn't play, the golf course is beautiful. Great clubhouse with basketball, tennis, and indoor games for the kids. Grocery store is walking/biking distance. Also recommend renting a Jeep(Rick's) to see the northern beaches/ wild horses - definitely worth it.

My wife and I recently spent a long weekend here in the off-season. Our experience could not have been better. Lynn was very prompt in scheduling and reserving the unit, and was very pleasant to work with overall. The condo is spacious, with an open floor plan in the living area, that also provides privacy between the bedrooms. It is located in a very nice gated community. Lynn has done a great job decorating and outfitting the unit, and it is immaculate and very well maintained. Much attention is paid to detail, right down to the plush towels provided in the bathrooms. We hope to rent this unit again on future trips and would recommend it to others as well.

This is a beautiful condo with everything you could want. Four of us spent two weeks here and it was marvelous. The condo is close to the pool, tennis courts, and golf course. It is convenient to shopping, sightseeing, and any other activity for the beach. The property is clean and well-maintained. Sitting out on the deck in the morning to watch the sun come up was a true benefit. Lynn is a very gracious hostess who knows the area very well. I would definitely come back and rent again. It was one of the best vacations in the Outer Banks we've experienced.

A terrific vacation was had by all. This property is in a great community with everything at your fingertips. Trolley to the beach right outside your parking lot. The beach valets to get your personal property to the oceanfront. One of five pools within steps as well as a tennis court. The condo is spacious enough for 6 people. We were 4 adults and 2 children. It is very clean and had everything you needed. We had to leave three days early due to "mandatory evacuation" from Hurricane Earl. Lynn refunded us the money immediately. It was a pleasure dealing with the owners. They are extremely nice, down to earth people. We will definitely be back next summer. Diane

I seriously had the best experience renting from Lynn. I have never rented from VRBO before and I was very hesitant about this but Lynn was so great on the phone I did it and I am so happy that I did. I am a clean freak and I have to say her condo is immaculate, towels are amazing, and I just felt so comfortable and at home. We rented a golf cart, which I thouroughly recommend. I love Lynn, loved her condo and I will definitely return first chance I get!

What a great week we had at the beach and "Pointe of View" was the perfect spot to rejuvenate after a hot day at the beach. The location within the Currituck Club was awesome -- close to grocery shopping, very short walk to community pool, and beautiful ocean and sound views. Also close to great shopping in Corolla and Duck as well as many restaurants. There was a trolley stop right outside the building as well to get to the beach without the hassle of driving and finding parking. The condo was exceptionally clean and a perfect place for our family with 5 teenagers on this trip -- the master bedroom was on the opposite end of the condo from the other 2 bedrooms so at night when they stayed up most of the night, we could not hear them at all! "Pointe of View" met all of our expectations -- it was spacious, light and airy, beautiful comfortable furnishings, and everything you needed to make your vacation extra special. The owners were extremely helpful and made sure we had everyting we needed for our stay. You will love the expansive covered decks just outside the living area and master bedroom -- wonderful place to enjoy the sunrise and that first cup of java in the morning. No need to worry when renting "Pointe of View" -- it is everything as depicted in the info provided on VRBO website and more!

We had a lovely stay at this condo. It was beautifully furnished and well-equipped. The photos here don't do it justice. Definitely the nicest rental we've had. And the Currituck Club is a lovely community with beautiful views. We also found Lynn very accessible and easy to rent from. She cares about making sure you have a nice stay -- so much nicer than dealing with a rental property management company!

This condo was absolutely a delight in every way. Clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and well equipped. All the living spaces were large, even the bathrooms. The deck is beautiful and very big. The views are fantastic-the sound, the sea and the golf course. We saw deer grazing on the golf course one night! The linens and towels were soft and much nicer than in a typical rental. (My mom actually looked at the brands so she could buy some for herself!) The property owner and manager was so friendly and helpful and clearly wanted to be sure we had the best experience possible...there was even a bottle of wine waiting for us! Thoughtfully selected movies, books and CD's provided hours of entertainment and hours of lying on the couch relaxing! The neighborhood has many amenities and it is easy to take the trolley to the beach, and we also had no problem driving in the morning and parking. I had never stayed on the sound side before, and I was glad that it was so easy to get to the beach. I was happy with my stay in every way!

Our group ranged in age from 2 to 86.....this was a great property and even more wonderful than the photos and descriptions. Out yellow lab enjoyed the stay too. It was convenient to everything we wanted to do...shopping, lighthouses, beach etc. We really loved the swimming pool which was a short walk from the unit. We plan a return visit.

This lovely condo provided our family (5 adults, 1 infant and 1 dog) with the perfect setup for a trip to Duck.The rooms are large, very clean and well-appointed. The discerning cooks in our group found the well-equiped kitchen a delight and we all enjoyed the huge deck/porch area. Can't wait to come again!

I visited this condo in March 2010 and we enjoyed this so much that I have gifted a week to my daughter for her up coming honeymoon. It is absolutely beautiful, spacious and very quiet. The panoramic views are breath taking. At night you can lie in the master bed and with the slider open, listen to the ocean all night. Morning coffee is best enjoyed on the wrap around deck where a slight breeze can be felt as the sun glistens off the ocean. Evening cocktails can be enjoyed while watching the sunset out the back bed room windows. Truely this is nirvana and can be enjoyed by everyone of all ages! Definitely a must to see and share with a loved one. Renee
