Join your friends in Olde Del Mar! "Where the surf meets the turf..." A luxury home plus individual cottages included in this compound property. The main house sleeps 2-6 with 2 full bathrooms, and the cottages each have 2 more bedrooms and 1 bathroom each. All together you can sleep up to 18 people.

Sit on the deck with 180 degree ocean views and outstanding sunsets, as you sip your evening cocktails, and treat yourself to the most fabulous location in all of San Diego. Centrally located between La Jolla and the north coast, with the cities of Solana Beach, Encinitas and Carlsbad.

You can do lots of sightseeing, shopping, and dining, but no need to go anywhere when you stay here! The ocean waves crashing before you, your senses will all be alive! Wake to the massive ocean views from almost every room in the house. Have your morning coffee as you watch whales, dolphins, sea birds, train travelers, and cruise ships move right before your eyes. And as you relax or sunbathe on this huge patio which wraps around the entire house you will never cease to be amazed.

There is a firepit and barbeque on the ocean side of the house and an outdoor fireplace on the entrance side with plenty of seating. The main house is ocean front with three two-bedroom bungalows just outside the gate, that can be rented separately or together with the house. The house has sleeping for four, and could accommodate 6, the bungalows each have two bedrooms and sleep four also. There is plenty of room when rented together to accommodate all of your guests staying on property. Small dogs allowed in Bungalows only.
If you would like to rent the house and bungalows for an affair, such as a corporate cocktail party or barbecue, that is also possible. Or even a small wedding. You can house the out of town guests. The main house is also great for a honeymoon suite.

To enter the property, you come through an electric gate, then to your left are the three bungalows. The house is at the end of this drive with it's own privacy gate. It is almost an acre in size. I have lots of pictures and will be happy to email more to you on request.
