  My family stayed here for a week and really enjoyed ourselves. The home was well kept and very comfortable. We enjoyed staying in the house and it had everything we could possibly need. We cooked in the kitchen, grilled outside and was even able to do laundry. The location to the beach was wonderful. It was very close and a nice short walk for our kids. We could even walk back to the house from the beach for lunch or as needed. The pool was heated and nice to have. The owner, Linda, was so pleasant to work with. The house is close to resteraunt and shops too. We were very happy with this stay and would certainly return. Would aslo recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely house close to the beach.

  From the first email contact, Linda has been amazing! The home is fabulous and has everything you could possibly need. The pool is beautiful and we used it every day. The beach is even closer than it appears in the pictures. Such a short walk and just beautiful as well. The home is comfortable and tastefully decorated. The location is central to so many wonderful restaurants - Goatfeathers, The Vue, The Red Bar, etc. One week is just not enough time. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves and were completely pleased with everything. Linda does an excellent job of managing her home and guests. Trust me, you will not be disappointed. We will be back!

  We loved the Blue Parrot. Everything seemed to be brand new, everything you need from kitchen items to beach to pool items! All organized. Of course, the beach was paradise. There is no better beach, esp. the Draper Lake area. We spent time around the pool, too. 98 Bar b q was delicious, as was Goatfeathers shrimp on the grill (love that Remoulade Sauce). We ate in the Restaurant one evening too. Great service, great food, just a few steps from Blue Parrot. Went to the Red Bar to eat and to hear Dread Clampitt. Discovered "Williams Backyard Boogie" too! Had a blast . . . and what weather for a great last evening! It was a great "adults" week for us at our favorite vacation spot---Santa Rosa Beach! Linda Bapst very easy to work with.

  the pictures were accurate of this cottage. so clean an comfortable and roomie. I would recommend blue parrot to anyone wanting a relaxing week. great places to eat and shop..

  We stayed at the Blue Parrot for a week during our first visit to Santa Rosa Beach. To begin with, Santa Rosa beach is the nicest beach we have ever taken our family. It was even better staying in this fantastic beach house. It was immaculate, the kitchen was totally updated and well stocked and the decor was completely updated. I cannot tell you what a pleasant experience we had with the owner. There are two nice size bedrooms and bathrooms and a fantastic front porch with heavy wooden chairs and tables. We were only about a block and a half from the beach access and the beach wasn't crowded at all during our stay. The owner even has beach chairs and an umbrella for you to use. She has thought of everything. The only request I would have would be a place to eat out on the porch. There is no outside table for outdoor eating but it was a very minor detail. We will be recommending this place to everyone that is looking to head to South Walton and I hope we will be back soon, too!

  We had such a great time on our vacation this year. Blue Parrot cottage was absolutely perfect for our family- beautiful home, clean, so close to the beach, and the heated pool was icing on the cake! This was our second trip to Santa Rosa beach and this location was perfect- far enough away from the Spring break Seaside crowds but close enough to all the quaint beach towns and restaurants. We were able to ride our bikes to our favorite ice cream shop too! Linda was so helpful,, and we appreciated everything. We can't wait to return!

  How fortunate we were to have found this lovely vacation home in the Blue Parrot Cottage. The home is comfortable, tastefully decorated and meticulously clean. The beautiful white sand beach is less than a five minute walk or there is a private pool heated and ready for you.The area is quiet but only a short drive to Publix and any other shopping you wish to do.Linda is a joy to work with answering emails and questions immediately and offering additional suggestions prior to your arrival. We had a great time and would highly recommend this vacation home. We hope to return.

  Wow! Everything was perfect. Linda goes the extra mile to make sure your stay is a 10. She provided restaurant, shopping and parks information before arriving. Communication was a breeze. The house is fantastic inside and out. So clean and comfortable. Every need is taken care of including beach chairs, umbrella and pool toys. Location can't be beat...close to everything but not a crowded area. We loved short walk to beach for sunset each night. Our whole week was super relaxing. Blue Parrot is a keeper!

  All the information we recieved was prompt and accurate!!Loved EVERYTHING about our stay, the location, easy beach access, property well kept inside and out!The owner was always helpful and available for questions. The property was well kept inside and out. I would recommend this property to others and in fact already have. We hope to return again soon.

  This was our second time staying in this house and every time its perfect. The distance to the beach being a block away and having your private pool makes it perfect for us and our kids. What you see in the photos is just what you get. The house was perfectly clean when we arrived with plenty of linen to use throughout the week and they provide beach, pool and pool toys, chairs and umbrellas for the beach. All you need is bring some beach towels. The area is quiet no matter what time of day. You can rent bicycles from the store right off 30a across from the Goat Feathers restaurant which also sells fresh fish that you can grill on the balcony of the house. I would most definitely recommend this house to my friends and family. See you next year.
