Our townhome is located in Seagrove Beach a short drive from Destin & Panama City, Florida along scenic highway 30-A. It's just a 4 minute walk to the Gulf of Mexico's sandy white beaches and emerald coast waters, and a quick bike ride to Seaside, where movies have been filmed to capture its beauty.
The Cassine Garden community is family oriented and boasts miles of hiking trails, two pools and two tennis courts all at your convenience. In addition, there is a stocked fishing lake with a wooden walkway to the large gazebo which has BBQ grills where your family or friends can enjoy a cook out or picnic.
The first floor has a completely stocked kitchen and new updated appliances. The combination living/dining room has a tiled floor with large area rug and half bath. Walk thru the sliding doors and relax on the patio with your favorite beverage. Our unit has two bedrooms and a full bath on the 2nd floor. The master has a queen bed, large closet and dresser unit. The second bedroom has two comfortable twin-size beds with large closet and over looks the tennis courts. Both bedrooms have an ourdoor balcony for your use and enjoyment. Better yet? The pool/tennis courts is just steps away from your back door.

My husband, two young children (almost 2 and almost 4) and I enjoyed a wonderful week in July. Cassine Gardens is a BEAUTIFUL location. We enjoyed walking around the community and the kids loved taking the walkway over the pond to feed the fish and turtles. We enjoyed playing tennis one evening on the courts directly behind the unit and frequented the pool at least once or twice a day, which was right next to the courts. The condo was extremely clean. I cooked most meals and was thrilled with all the pots, pans, dishes, and utensils that were available to use. The gas grill was amazing! The kids loved having us read the books they found in the dining room cupboard. There was even a high chair in the outside washer/dryer closet, which worked perfect for our son. I believe there was a pack n play in the closest also. The closet with all the beach stuff was incredible. There were two bikes, umbrellas, chairs, kid chairs, beach toys, tennis rackets, etc. in the closet. There was even a cart to pull the gear to the beach. The private beach entrance was very convenient. We walked to the beach each day with both kids and the beach gear without much difficulty. We are hoping to return next Summer. This is the first vacation where we wanted to return to the same place next year. We are still wishing we were in Seagrove right now.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

Had a "Girls" trip with my daughter and granddaughter, and it was perfect! The location was nice and quite and we had all the comforts of home. The beach supplies in the front storage area were just what we needed for the beach. The pool was just around the back and was great. We felt so at home and really enjoyed our time here. Thanks!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

I loved our stay at Affordable Indulgence! The bikes and beach supplies were easy and convenient at the front entry closet just outside the front door and the pool was so convenient out the back sliding doors. It was nice to have new appliances and a new grill! My husband and I were so comfortable and relaxed - it was great. Also very fun to explore the surrounding areas by bike and by foot - loved the nearby restaurants and biking to Seaside for the outdoor entertainment. We also drove to Destin a few times to shop, but were glad we didn't stay there - we liked the peaceful environment at Seagrove Beach - felt like it was a good mix for us to be able to have the craziness of Destin balanced with the relaxation and beauty of Seagrove. :0) I would encourage anyone to stay at Affordable Indulgence!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.
