This Large Beach home is great for large families and getaway weekends. The four bedrooms sleep 8 and the couches can be used to sleep about four younger kids. In addition we also have an option to open up another room that has 3 double beds (this option needs to be set up in advance and costs an extra $200.00, it is a carpeted garage). We have a huge bonus/ gathering room where the kitchen and TV room are located. This room usually becomes the place where everybody gathers while eating, watching TV, and just hanging. Also we have an upstairs balcony to watch the beautiful sunsets while you barbecue. Full laundry room.In the back yard we have a full jacuzzi.
Cayucos is one of the last great American beach towns. The downtown area has great shops and antiquing as well as some fabulous restaurants both high-end and family friendly. It’s situated 3 miles north of Morro Bay where you can see the historic Morro Rock. Cayucos is also about 15 miles south of Hearst Castle and Cambria and about 10 miles west of Highway 46, the heart of the famous Paso Robles wine region. It is walking distance to the little town of Cayucos. Cayucos has many fabulous restaurants and antique stores. We are close to many exciting activities, like Hearst Castle, kayaking, fishing, golfing or whale watching in Morro Bay. We are close to the college town of San Luis Obispo, with lots of fun shopping and activities.

Our family rented this house for a 25th wedding anniversary....we surprised the happy couple with a wonderful weekend getaway in Cayucos! We were all pleasantly surprised with the lovely home ....there are ocean views from the family room/kitchen, and it was the perfect space for a large gathering! We had plenty of space and nice rooms to sleep that were private. Thanks again for sharing your home......it was the perfect space for our celebration!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

The location for our family and our activities was perfect. Close to the beach and easy access to other places like Morro Bay. Photos were good. Could have shown some more pictures like the hot tub, downstairs living space and the front porch. Activities nearby included Morro Bay, local beach, the ice cream shop and other beaches and state parks only 30 minutes away. Much to do. The property itself could use some updating. The sofas were not in good shape, the grill was in poor condition and some other areas could use some paint and a face lift. Nothing really major but some little things could make the property go from a B to an A easily. Just needs some tender loving care. I would recommend the property if these changes and improvements were made.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Loved how spacious the home is! More than accommodated our group of 6 adults and 2 children. It's kept extremely clean and is only a short 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach! The home is fully stocked, however we found we were short a few supplies such as paper towels and trash bags. The bedrooms are very nicely furnished and quite cozy. Would just recommend upgrading the furnishings in the living room, as the couch was a bit uncomfortable. Overall, we had a great stay, and would return again!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed at this house recently for a weekend getaway. We had a great time! The house has very roomy bedrooms and living room. It was very clean and as we expected. There is an awesome hot tub in the back yard as well!! The only complaint was the pictures showed an extra room with a ping pong table but we didn't see that anywhere. Besides that we had a great stay.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

We stayed at the Cayucos Beach house with 3 other families. There were total of 7 children and the house was great for all of us. The HUGE kitchen and dining/living room provided enough space for all of us to eat and prepare meals together.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This house was located just a quick 5 minute walk from the beach, and 10 minutes from downtown Cayucos. There were 11 of us staying in the house, but there was plenty of space to spread out (even if we wanted to escape to another part of the house). The view of the ocean was wonderful, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that we needed (toaster, microwave, cooking supplies), and the open floor plan allowed us to cook dinner while enjoying everyone's company. We will definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
