Privacy and aesthetics meet on this unique property. Only 6 houses grace this side of the island which has the Windward side beach, a protected turtlle sactuary. Wake up to the sounds of doves cooing as you take your morning coffee out to the covered deck with magnificent views of the ocean. Two covered dining areas allow for outdoor experiences anytime day or night. Walk the beach and get lost in the timelessness of the horizon that is seen from the living room and kitchen. Or take a hike in one of the many trails that are part of the St. Eustatius National Park on this side of the island.
The grounds abound with trees, flowering bushes and an expansive view nestled against a hillside with magnificent rock walls. Watch the moonrise through the palm trees as you listen to the frogs serenade you in the evening breeze.
The house has a main living area with a rock wall and beamed ceilings throughout the house. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with a memory foam layer, a dresser and chest plus it's own bath and shower. A second bedroom has twin beds that be joined to make another king bed or kept separate. another bathroom with a rain shower is next to it. A third outdoor shower with complete privacy is a favorite Caribbean experience.

The house had everything we needed. We spent hours lounging on the porch. And then the beach was RIGHT THERE!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.
