The Plum Cottage will exceed all expectations, with a location that will blow you away. Situated in the heart of downtown Breckenridge, 2 blocks from Main Street and only 4 blocks to either the gondola or Peak 9, the house is literally located in the center of all Breckenridge has to offer. Restaurants, Bars, Museums, and the art district are only seconds away.
From the outside, this charming home could pass for a renovated 19th century cabin, but in actuality, the two bedroom, three bath home is brand new, completely remodeled summer of 2010. It sits on a corner with the Ten Mile Range as its backdrop. The Plum Cottage is as picturesque as they come; with an old fashioned lamp post right outside and a 150 year old church across the way.
Step inside the home, and be swept away in luxury. No expense has been spared with this beautifully appointed home. A glass tiled fireplace and gorgeous leather couch welcomes you when you walk through the door. Vaulted ceilings and expansive windows make the quaint cottage feel quite spacious. The home is furnished with several amazing and unique vintage pieces, but styled in a city chic manor. Truly a designers dream!
The grandeur continues with a kitchen that will knock you off your feet. Lavish quartz counter tops, rustic beech custom cabinets, hickory hardwood floors and all of the best appliances for even the most discriminating chef!
Two level home with living/kitchen/dining in one great room. Off the main living room, there is a den with a sofa sleeper on main leve, it has French doors for privacyl. Garden level offers a master bedroom with a king bed and en suite bathroom with shower and a guest bedroom with two XL twin beds and a full bathroom with a tub shower. There is a hallway bathroom with a shower on main level. House sleeps 6 people comfortably.
WIFI is available in the home for those who need to be connected at all times. Bosch stackable washer/dryer in laundry closet.
