Enjoy beautiful ocean views from this immaculate and beautifully maintained condo only steps from a white sandy beach! You can fish from the pier and clean your fish at the fish cleaning station. Grill your catch on the patio BBQ. Swim in the heated pool or in the ocean ~ or just RELAX and catch some rays!

This past summer I spent a memorable week relaxing at this wonderful beach-front condo. I have travelled considerably in the past four years and have to say this was one of the nicest spots I have been to. The condo itself is spotless, modern, comfortable and very tastefully decorated. Four people could very comfortably stay here, with an extra pull-out bed in the living room for "unexpected guests"... which I'm sure you would have if you were staying for any length of time. There are great bars and cafes within walking distance and many spots for relaxing on the property itself, from lying on the beach on a lounge chair, or under the palapa, or by the pool or my favourite, at the end of the pier in the late afternoon sipping a cold glass of white wine. My only regret is that my stay was so short but look forward to longer return visit. Fi-FiRecommended for: Girls getaway, pet owners, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway.

My husband and I spent a month in this beautiful condo over the Christmas holidays and had a great time. Right on the ocean with a private sandy beach the view was to die for. The neighbours were so friendly and it was great to walk acros the street to play golf or enjoy the many restaurants nearby. One of our favourite morning haunts was Leigh Anne's Coffee house- a beautiful 3 minute walk from the condo with the best coffee and breakfast around and the tuna appetizer at Cabana Breezes during Happy Hour is an absolute must. During our stay we had fun visiting the Turtle Hospital- where we met the condo's mascot Montel. We also took a few day trips to Key West- only an hour away with lots to see and do along the way and beautiful turquoise watter at ever turn. Over Christmas the lights were amazing and we got a chance to watch our first ever boat parade, a short 2 minute walk from the condo. We just loved the condo and our stay in Key Colony- can't wait to get back!Recommended for: Girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.
