About the owner: We decided to do short-term furnished rentals w/ the rental units in our townhouse where we live as a way to generate more income as well as meet new people. We pride ourselves on taking extra care of our guests through the entire process of booking w/ us from the first few emails to check-out. We are very laid back, and love the community aspect of our lives and rental business.
Why the Owner Chose Brooklyn: We decided to buy this Brooklyn townhouse because of both the amazing location and layout of the floors. Each floor is a a true home, something that is hard to come by in NYC apartments. The neighborhood is also somewhat rare in that you get all of the advantages of being in central NYC with a more relaxed and village-like vibe at the same time.
