Beautiful Delray Beach accommodation with convenient location one block from beach and two blocks from restaurants, shops and galleries of Atlantic Ave.
The two story condo is in a quiet building. It has den, living & dining room, new kitchen, and two bedrooms each with their own attached baths. The unit has a private entrance, private patio and private / dedicated parking spots.
The proximity to the ocean makes sunrise walks on the beach effortless. A short one block stroll takes you to one of the best public beaches in south Florida. There are several vendors on this part of Delray's beach that offer different fun ways to spend the day at the beach and on the water but walking and lounging on Delray's beach is hard to top. Within two blocks is the renowned Atlantic Avenue which attracts people from all over south Florida with its many galleries, trendy restaurants, interesting shops and history. Delray is well known for its popular events like the annual ATP tennis championships, the Garlic Festival, monthly Art on the Ave, and seasonal parades just to name a few.
The bright end unit has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a a king bed, plenty of closet space, an attached bathroom with a tub / shower. The master bedroom also has its own private balcony overlooking the front yard and patio.
The guest bedroom has twin beds, a spacious walk in closet and an attached bathroom.
