Great house and location. Perfect for large families. 4 bedroom, 4 bath home. 2 floors, each with fully equipped kitcchens, living and dining areas and private covered decks. Each floor has 2 bedrooms, 1-K, 1-Q. 2 bathrooms with jetted tubs and a futon. Cable TV/gas fp/dw/mw. This house is two blocks from the Red River and on the town transit line. Each floor can be rented separately with its own private entrance (summer only). SLEEPS 6. Home is located along Pioneer Creek - bring bread crumbs to feed the ducks! NO smoking. NO pets.
