Located within Alta Mesa, the gated community of Desert Springs is a favorite destination for many visitors. This two-story 1800 square foot condo has it all! Every amenity and comfort of home is provided for your complete vacation experience in this exceptionally clean well-managed property. The condo is tastefully decorated with tile, wood floors, painted accent walls.
The family room has cable television and DVD player. Wireless internet is provided. The open bright kitchen features an eat-in dining area, appliances, cookware, utensils and dishes you will need. A charming powder room is located near the living area for use by occupants as well as guests.
The master bedroom with a California King bed, and armoire has windows that look out over your own private back yard. The master bath with shower, large soaking tub, lots of counter space. There is a total of 3 bedrooms.
There is a darling little private back yard with grill and patio with sitting area.
There is a community pool/hot tub about 100 yards aways from condo. Also, a city park (walking distance) a block away that provides basketball courts and a great play ground, and a fitness area.
Nearby you can enjoy hiking and mountain biking in Usery Mountain Park as well as in the world renowned Superstition Mountains. Canyon and Apache Lake are a short drive away through breathtaking desert terrain. Canyon Lake's 'Dolly' is available for a fun ride through the canyons of the lake. And Tortilla Flat is a must stop for a great lunch in a one-of-a-kind rustic setting. For a change of pace, the cool pines and mountain lakes of the high country are an easy, scenic 90 minute drive away.
There are many magnificent golf courses a lob shot away, which includes:

The townhouse was clean and in good order when we arrived. It is a nice place with a two car garage in a gated community. We enjoyed our stay.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers.

We rented this condo for 17 days in July. We loved it. Robin is awesome. She really does everything to make your stay wonderful, including having our favorite snack, Peanut M&M's and diet coke ready for us when we arrived. The condo is very spacious and had everything we needed. The outside bbq is nice...too bad it was too hot to go out there...lol! There is a pool in the complex that our daughter enjoyed! The property is close to shopping, restaurants and just about anything you need. We look forward to being able to stay here again soon!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Thank you, Robin, for being such a gracious hostess! We enjoyed the children's and adult's snacks/beverages, the beautiful fresh flowers, and the comfort of your home. In bringing one granddaughter to visit another, the girls had lots of room to roam and play. The condo was clean and well-kept, we enjoyed movies both on regular tv and DVD, and of course short walks to swim every morning. The informational notebook was helpful, but we might add for you to include times for trash and recycling pickup. We have already referred friends to check out this property.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This condo is a GREAT stay for familes, there is plenty of space, as we were a group of 5, 2 adults, 2 children and an older teenager. The condo was clean and organized. The owner was available to meet of needs, she even asked what the kids liked (jolly rancher candy & chocolate milk) and had them in the condo upon our arrival, the kids were so surprised. The beds were comfy and the rooms had enough space. There was a dvd player with movies for all tastes. The weater was perfect, and the price was right for this condo. I will stay here again and also recommend it to others that I work with in the Airline up here in CANADA. We stayed in your condo for one month and truly enjoyed our visit. It was comfortable, close to points of interest and easily accessible from all major highways. We loved our experience at this property. The owners went above and beyond to make our vacation a great one. Fresh flowers, snacks (since our plane arrived late and we didn't have time to get food on our first day), fridge full of beer/soda/juice, and pool toys for our kids to enjoy (they even asked ahead of time to get age/gender appropriate toys). The condo is quite spacious, well decorated, and equipped. We've been traveling to Phoenix for Spring Training for a decade and this was far and away the best experience and value.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The unit is very well appointed with lots of space. The landlady was very cordial and flexible in meeting our needs. The property was very clean and well-maintained. The location is great for freeway access as well as central to Mesa locations. The only problem with the unit is that the master bedroom is on a busy street although it is very quiet between 10pm and 6am.
