Enjoy sunset views, peace, and the beauty of the wine country all on your own private, 12-acre retreat for two! We call it Cinque Terre.

This getaway is ideal for a couple (or maximum of four) and is situated in separate "casitas." Each room (Kitchen, Bed House, Barn, Bath House) is separate, but only steps away. The bed house with a king-size bed opening out to beautiful tree top and garden views, with a deck leading to the hot tub. The Barn has a queen bed and loft also with a queen bed and opens to beautiful forest views.

The cucina, or kitchen house, hosts all-around windows with a complete kitchen and living area featuring folk art, a wood stove, and stunning sunset and forest views. The bathhouse is a full bathroom with a clawfoot tub, forest views, and outdoor shower.

Lounge or meditate in 22-foot Sioux tipi. Star gaze on the new 250 ft. deck at the Tin Lodge.

Cinque Terre offers you complete solitude and communion with nature, while also offering all the amenities of an uniquely original hideaway featuring a deck, garden, stone steps and patios, hot tub, full indoor kitchen, indoor wood stove, separate bath house, authentic Sioux tipi (closed during winter), outdoor gas grill, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, TV/VCR/CD/stereo, full privacy, sunset views, birdwatching, star gazing, and walking trails. All linens, kitchen utensils, and hand-made soaps included.

The property is only occupied by one guest/rental at a time, so privacy and solitude are guaranteed. We are located above Glen Ellen in the heart of the wine country in Sonoma County, near the Napa Border, 15 minutes up the mountain road.

Cinque Terre was founded by the Smiling Eyes Tribe, a hybrid group with big hearts and open minds. Caretakers, Maurine and Daniel, invite you to come visit this special place.

Pets are always welcome to Cinque Terre, but our retreat is strictly reserved for non smokers.
