This was the first time we decided to ski out West for a month, and we were a little apprehensive in trying to find the perfect place to stay - but this was IT. This well equipped condo made us feel right at home from the moment we walked through the door. The kitchen allowed us to cook in when we wanted and the local restaurants (try The Mint and Arapahoe Café) gave us good choices when we went out. The location is great for skiers (15 minutes to Keystone, 20 to Breckenridge and 35 to Vail) and the heated garage was a bonus when we had snowstorms. An extended stay for 2 people worked out very well and even when we were joined by another couple there was plenty of room and amenities for all (plenty of hot water at the end of a ski day for everyone). The whole condo was extremely well equipped - kitchen, linens, bedding, etc., were great. We would definitely consider a return next year.Recommended for: Age 55+.

Easy to get to, directions were right on. Photos of listing were accurate. The condo was clean and very well maintained. Emailed the owners before arriving, and met them at the condo also. Very nice, gave great recommendations for grocery shopping and restaurants. Nice "extra's" that you forget to pack we there also. Enjoyed the time there. Would recommend to family & friends. We enjoyed Murphy's Irish Pub and the Dam Brewery.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

First and foremost, Annette, the owner of this townhouse was wonderful to work with on arranging our rental and also working to extend our stay on a very short notice after we arrived. Thank you again for making this work. This was an awesome place to base our first family ski trip. The townhouse was stocked with everything we could have asked. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The bedrooms and bathrooms were wonderfully arranged and very comfortable (the humidifies in the bedrooms were a plus). The living room was very warm and cosy with a very nice TV and lots of board games, which entertained us and our kids, 5 and 9, for hours in the evenings. All of the balconies had wonderful views of the snow capped mountains. And the best part was coming back from a day of skiing to soak in the nice hot tub with wonderful mountain views. This will definitely be a regular place to stay for our family. Highly recommended!!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children.

Great location! Close to everything! 2 Queen beds and a pullout. 2 1/2 baths. Washer/dryer. Garage. Stocked with things I never would have thought to pick up--baggies, extension cords, even laundry detergent. Very clean with the comforts of home. The owner has thought of everything! Great communication from the owner as well. Very helpful! A great stay-we hope to return.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My wife and her family decided to go up to the mountains when they were in town. We found this property and reserved it for 4 days and we could not have been happier with every moment of it!!! From the location in the town of Silverthorne to the cleanliness of the condo we had a remarkable time that we could not have found anywhere else. Everything was worry free from getting into the condo to checking out. The owners stock up the condo with anything that you could possibly need from condiments in the refrigerator to clean plates and silverware, to clean towels and bed linens in all the rooms. You will not find a better location for a family vacation or even a get away from the city for a few days. I would highly reccomend this property to anybody that asks!!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Our family (2 couples) used this lovely condo as a base for attending a friend’s wedding in Silverthorne and exploring the area. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back! The condo is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and more. It is located in a lovely, quiet residential area, so it is great for relaxing. But just a short drive takes you to all the shopping, dining and recreational amenities anyone could ask for. My wife and I enjoy cycling, and this unit is located right on the bike path that takes you into the heart of Silverthorne. That path connects to a network of trails that will take you anywhere you would like to go in the greater Lake Dillon area….even over Vail Pass if you have the energy! After a day of activity, you can sit on the deck with a glass of wine overlooking the Blue River, watch the sun set over the mountains, and soak in the hot tub as the stars come out. The owner, Annette, was a joy to work with in setting up our stay. She made the process simple and easy. We’d recommend this spot to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Lake Dillon area.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The condo was just lovely. We were so impressed with how well it was equipped. Quality cookware, sharp knives, pizza stone, coffee bean grinder - - everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Bathrooms had abundant supply of fluffy white towels along with shampoo and body wash dispensers. We were there two weeks, and could have easily stayed two more, there so much to do in Summit County. Annette was a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

My wife & I rented for a weekend race in SIlverthorne. Procrastination on my part made this a last minute rental, but Annette totally worked with us and the place couldn't have been more perfect for our needs. The hot tub right by the creek nice to relax in. Overall, a very nice and hassle free spot for a realistic price. Thanks Annette!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Owner info
Year Purchased: 2004
About the owner: Owners have lived in Colorado for over 30 years. We love Denver and having the mountains so close. This has been a family retreat for the last 9 years. Our townhouse has been an escape from the daily grind where we relax, hike, bike to Frisco, kayak, flyfish and ski. We love that there is always something going on if you chose to partake; mountain farmers markets, concerts, and festivals in the summer.
Why the Owner Chose Blue River Run:
Our townhouse is only a 1 hr and 15 minute drive from south Denver and once we arrive in Silverthorne, we feel we are transported to another world. The close proximity to the mountains with skiing or hiking has been wonderful.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
We love walking or biking the trails that run through the townhouse complex. We frequently stop for coffee at Red Buffalo Coffee & Tea and sit by the Blue River. Flyfishing is within walking distance and there is a great fly shop next to the Silverthorne Pavilion. There are numerous restaurants and taverns to enjoy, good food, music and cocktails. But the activity we enjoy the most, is sitting on the deck on a warm afternoon grilling steaks with a glass of wine in hand.
