This charming original beach house is only a few minutes walk to the beach & is in the "Riviera District", one of the most popular single family communities, making it a a unique vacation home experience.
The main house is over 2000 sq. ft. on a single level with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in addition to a separate family room with large wood burning fireplace, flatscreen TV and a comfortable pullout sofabed. The kitchen with granite counter tops, butcher block space, modern appliances and built in wine cabinet opens to the dining and living room. Warrm wood hickory floors, a large flat screen TV, WiFi, Media Center with IPod hookup exist for your convenience. A convenient indoor laundry facility houses a stackable full size washer/dryer.
Use the beach all day for swimming, surfing, boogie boards or kayaking in an easy, beautiful 3-5 minute walk. Come back to the house and use the warm outdoor shower, enjoy the built-in gunite Spa and relax around the gas firepit at night. Or just sit out on the classic front porch with a beverage and watch the sunset. At night, the expansive patio, built-in BBQ, spacious spa, mature trees and canyon view provide a relaxing, private area for ultimate vacation memories.
There is something for everyone in San Clemente. Relaxing on the soft sand in the warm sun. Or enjoy lots of activity in some of the world renowned surf spots,Trestles, Riviera and T Street beaches. Fishing off the pier is an easy 15 minute walk while a short 20 minute drive to Laguna Beach offers fine dining and night life. Disneyland is a 40 minute drive to the north. Or visit Legoland (30 min) along with Seaworld, the famous San Diego Zoo and beautiful downtown San Diego in just 60 minutes by car to the south.

Optional: Attached 700' studio is available for rent as a 4th bedroom which includes queen size murphy bed, 2nd laundry facility, private bath, audio system, flat screen TV, balcony with view to ocean & kitchenete including refrigerator, microwave, sink & dishwasher. Additional rent of $85/per night to rent this great bonus room.
Optional: 4 seat street legal golf cart is available for carrying all the toys, coolers to the beach or driving to dinner in the downtown area at night. $300/wk.

About the owner: My wife & I are very fortante to end up in this wonderful beach home. We raised our 2 children and several dogs over the past 13 years.
Why the Owner Chose San Clemente:
We wanted to live by the beach and my wife hunted for a home for 6 months when this house became available. The house sold in less than 24 hours. We can't tell recall how many people walk by or drive by to say this has always been their favorite house. We really found a life style here.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We love the Riviera Community is a locals beach. The fact we have so much usable property and with a large green scape of mature trees feels like there's no one around you are in the rear yard around the fire pit, BBQ dinner or sitting in the Spa. This is truely a unique place & it's fun to share it with others.
