This top floor unit of a corner duplex is quiet and private and includes wifi, a full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer and cable. Go outside and walk the stunning, world famous white-sand beach on Siesta Key, the sound of the rolling waves of the Gulf of Mexico in the background.
The condo is part of Peppertree Bay, located just two minutes from the quaint Siesta Key town center, with a wide variety of restaurants and night life to suit anyone's desires. You will have access to a recently updated fitness room and large, private pool, located within 50 yards of your front door- close enough to be convenient yet far enough to retain your privacy.
The master bedroom includes a king size bed, walk-in closet, full bath and a flat-screen TV. The second bathroom includes two twin beds, closet, and a view of the ocean. The living area includes as full kitchen with a sitting counter, a second full bathroom, a dining area and relaxing living room with two full couches and a flat screen TV. Finally there is sitting room with floor to ceiling windows where you can enjoy stunning views of the beach and Gulf.
Peppertree Bay has a private entrance to Siesta Key beach, just a few feet from your front door. There is a grill and private eating area available only to Peppertree guests.

As a long-time Florida resident who has stayed in countless condos on various FL beaches from the Pan Handle to the Keys, I have to say this is hands-down the very best vacation property in FL. The moment you step inside the condo, the view of of the beach will take your breath away. Also, because the unit is located on the end, there is a spectacular view of the coastline from the kitchen window and a feeling of remoteness and privacy. It is uncharacteristically quiet for a condo. The condo is extremely clean and well maintained. (The property managers are on-site to help you if you should need something.) The kitchen is fully stocked and has all new appliances. There is a full size washer & dryer in the unit, as well, so you can do laundry at your convenience. The beds are comfortable and the linens are clean and fresh, not worn out as they normally are in vacation units. My kids loved going from the beach to the pool and back to the beach again. The beach and the pool are steps away from each other so it was easy to do. The pool area is clean and quiet, with only owners and guests, so it wasn't too crowded. The beach has sugary sand that squeaks when you walk on it; no hard, coarse, crushed-up shells. Although, my daughter did find some nice big shells for her collection. My family and I had a fabulous time during our stay and we highly recommend this vacation spot to family and friends. We will definitely be back!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, tourists without a car.

We stayed in this unit with the previous owner and can attest to the beauty and serenity of the location. The upgrades look even better now. Fell in love with this unit and the Peppertree community. Pool is about 100 feet away and the beach...well you can see how close you are. One of the best units in the complex!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

We chose Siesta Key because of the beautiful beaches and the relaxing atmosphere. When we walked into this unit it immediately felt like a place we could enjoy as a family for a very long time. As a top floor end-unit, it is very private and peaceful. We look forward to sharing that feeling with you.
