Beautiful Condo with Great View

On Friday morning we decided to get away for the weekend to view the fall colors but had only a vague idea of where we wanted to go. We found this condo online just a few hours before we wanted to leave. Ronda was very quick to respond to my call and worked with us to pull it off. Later in the afternoon we arrived and were thrilled when we walked in. The condo is even more beautiful than the photos suggest with gleaming hardwood floors, granite countertops, a stone fireplace and comfortable furnishings. There are magnificent views of the lake from the open concept kitchen/LR, breakfast room and the fabulous master suite. It was just the two of us, but this condo would be perfect for a gathering of family or friends with three large bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Couch potatoes will enjoy the three TVs and the WiFi, which worked very well. There are a few restaurants within walking distance; in the summer you could boat across to the North side for more. We enjoyed exploring the small towns, getting donuts at an Amish bakery and cruising the back roads admiring the foilage. This was a nice location for a quiet weekend away. If you go we'd suggest that you take along drinking water; the water does have a strong smell to it. The other thing we'd recommend is that you take your food with you if you plan to cook in the well-equipped kitchen; there doesn't seem to be a great place to get a good variety of groceries anywhere nearby. This unit is on the South side of the lake; the more populous towns are on the north side and it's a long drive around, due to the large marshy area that extends around parts of the lake. We hope to return again one day.

Great Stay!!

I recently had a family wedding in the Marquette area and we stayed at this beautiful lake front condo. It is a very relaxing and peaceful place to stay that is only about an hour and 45 minutes from the Milwaukee area. The condo itself is beautiful with hardwood floors, granite counters and great decor. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms made it feel very spacious for my family of 6. We made fires at night and kayaked during the day. We loved that there were a few local establishments right down the road that you can walk or you can go into the surrounding areas. We went into Green Lake to eat at Christiano's which was great! It was a great summer getaway for the price and we will definitely be back soon!

A+ Summer Vacation

We visited this lake condo for a week at the end of July. This home was beautifully furnished and very clean. Every window facing the lake has a gorgeous view. The condo had everything we needed for cooking and entertainment. Great DVD collection, games and also satellite with movie channels. I’m so glad we rented the pontoon. Everyone enjoyed the sunset cruises, tubing and fishing. The kids loved the pool and the kayaks. Lots to do nearby. Golfing, flea-market and antique shopping in Princeton, a festival in Green Lake and walking to the nearby pub was a plus (excellent food). Don’t forget to visit the Amish bakery. (Yummy cookies, donuts and pies) Definitely will be back next year. Thanks for a wonderful time ! Pam & Family

A relaxing vacation

The condo is very nicely decorated and exactly as described. Our party of 6 slept comfortably and in a very quite setting without noise from neighbors. We rented the pontoon boat and used the swimming pool daily and were pleased with both. Loved the lake and went out every day. Our second day was Father's day and we went to the Pub and Prime for dinner that evening. The food was adequate at best, service was good but slow, and people in the restaurant were friendly. I would not recommend the restaurant but the Pub was OK. Not much to do in the Marquette area.

Next time you come I would try the wonderful restaurants in Green Lake such as the Goose Blind or Bernie's Italian Restaurant in Princeton only about 10-15 minutes away. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful condo. Our entire family enjoyed a relaxing holiday get away from all the hustle and bustle from our hectic schedules. This is my second time at this beautiful lake condo. Went shopping and had lunch in Princeton (only about 15 minutes away) Also, great pub and steak restaurant within walking distance of the condo. Very serene and quiet area with a beautiful lakeview from the condo. Relaxed in the master whirlpool and watched movies in front of a warm fireplace. Warm cozy afghans, beautiful furnishings and a well equipped kitchen make this place extra special. This is a great weekend getaway spot as it is less than 2 hours away from the Hartland area. I will definitely be back soon!

We've been here since Saturday and have only 2 days left! I already feel sad...What a lovely condo and what a great place for our vacation. We got to to spend time here with each other swimming in the great pool eating at the fantastic near by restaurants, enjoying the glorious sunsets, sitting out by the fire pit nightly and watching movies from the DVD collection. We had family come from Germany and Las Vegas for a family get-together and this place was just perfect for everyone. Our family very much appreciates you opening up the condo for others to enjoy this lovely spot in Wisconsin. We will never forget the wonderful time spent here.

Great lake condo located in such a beautiful area and only about 3 hours from the Illinois area. The condo is just as represented on the website. In fact the pictures do not do it justice. I highly recommend renting the pontoon. We were on it every day tubing, fishing and sunset cruises. We went golfing, visited Green Lake and Princeton's large flea market and eclectic downtown shops. Great pub and steak restaurant within walking distance of the condo. Loved this place and will be coming back next summer.

We had such a great time relaxing at the pool and going for rides on the pontoon. We were blessed with great weather that just maximized the beautiful sunsets. The condo was so well equipped & beautifully furnished. It was just like being at home without any of the stress. Our daughter loved seeing nature right outside the patio door. Many colorful birds, turtles, fish jumping in the lake in such a beautiful serene area. Thank you for a great trip!

We loved the condo, it was well equipped and beautiful inside. We had a relaxing and enjoyable time on our 25th anniversary. We told our children about our stay and hopefully will be back this summer to take out the pontoon and use the pool. Over all we would definitely recommend to our family and friends. We did a family winter get-away in a summer vacation spot. For us it was perfect. The condo was warm and very comfortable. The veiws (frozen lake and sunrise) were great. We walked on the frozen lake and went into Oshkosh (about an hour away). Unfortunately, it was too cold to really enjoy the outdoors, so we enjoyed each other's company. The property was as represented, clean and in good repair. I would certainly go again.

What a beautiful condo and peaceful retreat for us. The condo is well stocked for our cooking needs and the beds were so comfortable. Lake Puckaway was peaceful and we could hear the fish jumping! Great get away!

We had a wonderful couples weekend at your beautiful condo! The boys went out duck hunting while the girls had relaxing days looking at the peaceful lake! We went to "Tucked Away Pub" for a fish fry and cocktails (Great food!!). The locals are very friendly and told us good hunting spots on the lake for duck. Your condo is beautiful and we will be back very soon. Thank you Ronda for all you did to make our weekend extra special!!!!

Such a relaxing weekend at Eagle's Landing. The condo was beautifully decorated and so homey. I have never been at a condo where they trust you with absolutely everything, no owner's closet. I didn't need to bring a thing to the condo, everything was supplied. I am definitely reserving for next year, only a weekend is not long enough at this beautiful place!

Fishing was great, either on the lake or off shore. Pontoon boat rides were very enjoyable. Sportsman's Resort is always open for minnow's and nightcrawlers. This condo is beautiful and we would love to live here. Thanks for everything!

What a great place to stay with family. Our two year old grand-daughter loved the swimming pool and going for a boat ride on the lake. Grandma and Grandpa leave here with many memories of our first family vacation. If anyone asks me where to go for vacation, I will highly recommend this wonderful vacation condo.

The view of the lake from the condo was fantastic! We sat and watched the sunset many nights. Enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi tub.. windows from the tub overlook on the beauty of the lake. It was very serene and peaceful with the candles and the organic bath minerals. A lot of extras were provided that we didn't expect. DVD's, cozy afghans, candles, games, books even a welcome gift of a bottle of wine. The bird feeder was full upon arrival for bird watching right outside the dining room window. Went to the unique shops in Princeton. Had a lot of fun at the pubs and had a great steak dinner at the Pub & Prime Restaurant in the quaint village of Marquette, which are all within walking distance. Loved the comfort of the condo itself.- very nice furnishings, appliances, washer & dryer, beautiful master suite with balcony overlooking the lake. Wonderful kitchen space with everything needed to cook a great meal. The condo has three bedrooms and is very spacious. Very clean and relaxing enviroment. We spent some time out on the lake ice fishing and rented a snowmobile to explore the area. Got cozy by the fireplace-played some games and watched some movies. Loved having the DVD player and the satellite TV especially on a cold winter night. The library in Kingston has hundreds of DVD's you can check out. Many different varieties and new releases. This was an anniversary present to ourselves and we enjoyed every minute. Can't wait to come back this summer with the whole family and go out on the pontoon boat and do some kayaking. Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys serenity and the outdoors.

Had a great long weekend. The condo was very nice, and we had great prime rib at the Pub & Prime on New Years Eve. The fireplace was great for the cold temperatures we had. Went ice fishing on the lake and cross country skiing at Mecan's Outfitters. Great fun for our entire family. Thanks for a great time!

Loved this condo. Beautifully decorated and had everything you need for a wonderful family vacation. All the extra touches you wouldn't expect, DVDs, indoor and outdoor games and even inflatables and beach towels for the pool. Owner had maps, local guides and current activites going on in the area. I can't say enough about this wonderful area. In the past we have gone farther up north, but this was town was a pleasant surprise and much shorter drive. Make sure you to to Princeton. Large flea market on Saturday and wonderful shops and restaurants downtown. Marquette is small and quaint but they do have a great steak place and pub within walking distance. Rent the pontoon! We were on it everyday. Kids loved tubing and the pool. Sunset Cruises were awesome. We just reserved a week for this year.

Thanks so much, this place is beautiful. We shopped in the quaint stores in Princeton and ate at the excellent supper club up the road. We even stopped at the fun Kararoke bar and had a ball. It was the perfect out of town girls weekend! Thanks again, I will be back with my boyfriend, for a romantic getaway soon!

Everyone should do this! Get away from your life, be with nature, enjoy the simple pleasures: sunrise & sunset, the sky full of stars, peace & quiet. Recreation is recreating one's self. New condo, beautifully furnished. Felt just like home. Enjoyed grilling and eating outside on the patio overlooking the lake. Loved sitting around the firepit and watching the gorgeous sunsets. You feel like you are up north in a secluded little town but it is only 50 miles away from where we live (Madison). We skied, kneeboarded & tubed. Took the kids out fishing and we even caught fish right off the pier. So many things to do in the area. Went golfing. Went to a play at Thrasher House in Green Lake. Kids loved the flea market in Princeton and the outdoor pool. We walked to the great supper club "Pub & Prime" and visited a nearby Amish community and bought some homemade bakery and fresh vegetables and fruit. This is a great value for the money. We just reserved a week for this summer.
