This is a wonderful, sunny home with beautiful views. It is in a perfect location in East Telluride across from town park, the San Miguel river and a two minute walk to Main Street and downtown. There is a two-story living area on the second-story with a deck running the length of the house. It is a spacious, open, and comfortable house.
There are breathtaking views from every room in the house and the house is set back from the street with a grassy front yard , a huge cottonwood tree and flower garden. The views of Bear Creek Canyon and the ski area are unparalleled.
The Master has a king bed, one bedroom has a lovely antique four poster double and the third bedroom has two twin beds and a bunkbed. This is a happy, relaxed house that is as great for a family as it is for a small group.
Our house is now available for an 8 month Long Term rental starting in October going through may 2010.
