  We really enjoyed our stay at the house. It was great to have such a nice and private place to go to after spending a day at the parks. The entire family enjoyed all aspects of the home and of course the kids enjoyed the PS2- oh and the ducks (that they called the turkey ducks) that visited daily. The only thing I felt that put a small damper on the visit was the pool was green for the hot, sunny days of our visit - we had called regarding this matter on Saturday and Sunday and then on Monday it was fixed, unfortunately by that point the weather had changed. I also thought a blue recycle wheely bin like some of the neighbours had would be a great asset. But really, really enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave and return to reality. We found any store or restaurant we would require was just a short drive away and the house was spotlessly clean. Absolutely we would recommend this home to other holiday makers.

  Another VRBO success. The pictures and description of the home are very accruate. The house is in a nice area in a quiet neighborhood. The house is clean and well maintained. The master bath has a large walk-in shower and a separate tub which I appreciated after long days at the parks. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, there were plenty of clean towels, and the washer and dryer worked like a charm. The pool is clean and the water warm. The extra paid to have it heated in February was well worth it. The small lake at the back of the house is very peaceful. If you like to birdwatch, then this is the place for you. There were lots of birds that came to visit; we saw sandhill cranes, white ibis, muscovy ducks, blue herons, and several other species. It was fun for the kids as many of them were so tame. It's just a short drive (about 10 minutes) to Disney and about a 20-25 minute drive to Universal Studios. Too, the house is almost right around the corner from Wal-Mart and Medieval Times. We had a wonderful time at the house, and Brian was very helpful when we booked. I couldn't have asked for more. If we have the opportunity to go back, I would book this house again and again.

  We stayed at Brian and Amy's vacation home in early February and had a great time. The house was beautiful and very comfortable! After spending the whole day walking around the Disney Parks it was so nice to come home to this beautiful house to rejuvenate! The kitchen is well appointed, the beds comfortable (I know I slept in most of them!) and the kids just loved the pool! We had a really minor maintenance issue when we first arrived and the management company was very quick to address our problem. We are looking forward to returning.

  Brian and Amy, Thank you so much for a great place to stay. The house was roomy, the beds and pillows were very comfy, and the pool was a favorite!! We all enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider your house again - and tell our friends!

  Key to a great vacation is accommodations. This home was perfect for my family of seven and it truly felt like home away from home. We were not disappointed as the pictures depicted the home quite well. It was immaculate, well-maintained, well-stocked and conveniently located to all tourist attractions, even the local Wal-Mart. Brian was extremely pleasant to deal with and so kindly accommodated our schedule as we didn't book months in advance. We originally planned to stay at a hotel and are so thrilled that we stayed at Eagle Pointe instead. So many more benefits than a hotel! We would like to return to Florida, stay longer and certainly try to return to Eagle Pointe, if it is available. As you can surmise, I would highly recommend this home to my friends and relatives. This was the first home we've rented and will consider VRBO as a first option in the future whenever we travel.

  The house is immaculately kept up. I love the decor of the entire house as it makes you truly feel home away from home. Totally accessible to any and all tourist accommodations as they are just minutes away. So wonderfully nice to come home to this house after a long day. Thanks so much for making me feel so welcome!   My family of 5 vacationed during the first week of April. We were supposed to have another family stay but they had to cancel last minute. We had a great vacation anyhow! We were overly impressed with the house - it exceeded our expectations. The house was very clean and everything was provided! Just bring clothes and personal hygiene items and you'll be set! There was a Wal-Mart not far from the house so we were able to go buy groceries for the week. My kids and I enjoyed the pool daily, even into the nightime hours. I also went fishing on the lake and caught a few fish. And yes, we seen a gator daily in the lake! We enjoyed several attractions in the local area, such as Disney, Legoland, Gatorland and Sea World. Disney, Sea World and Gatorland were all less than a 30 minute commute (Spring Break traffic was bad!). Legoland was almost an hour. There are several restaurants within minutes (We enjoyed Joes Crab Shack our last night there!). I would highly recommend this house to any other families considering renting it, you won't be disappointed! Brian and Amy are great to deal with!

  This home is perfect for a family to stay in for their trip to Disney. There is plenty of space and all the amenities that you could need in a home away from home. The house was very clean upon arrival and in a good location very close to all you could need for stores/restaurants and of course the Disney parks...we also did the drive to Lego land and it was also not too far from the home. The pond in the back is a serene backdrop for a drink and relaxing after a long day of park enjoyment. We will return to this home again and I have also provided the owners information to my friends/family. This home is owned by a very personable couple who responded to emails for all of our needs....felt much better than renting from an agency home. They even went out of their way to return my two year olds favorite DVD that we forgot in the home...which is just above and beyond in terms of service. We used the crib and all the baby items...which was super helpful. The washer/dryer was also so helpful so we could pack carry on only to save time in the airport with three small kids. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to do a disney trip.

  The home was extremely clean. The owners were really nice and accommodating to deal with. They even noticed that I overpaid, and immediately sent a check back. I also thought the house looked better on the inside than it did in the pictures. It was a wonderful way to be able to have a home base and go explore Disney, Universal, etc. Was wonderful for kids and families. Much easier than hotels, I think. The kids have more space to roam and play, and easier for adults to congregate in the living area in the evenings.

  Comment Text: We enjoyed a fabulous stay at 614 Eagle Pointe. We arrived for spring break in March from the west coast of Canada and my sister arrived from the east coast...meeting at the house. The home is wonderfully close to all of the theme parks, clean, well-organized and set-up. The pool at the end of the day was great for the kids. The option of having the pool heated is great. I would return myself and definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area! Thank you!
