A large and comfortable luxury home with its own ocean side private beach, located in Islamorada, FL.
The ocean can be seen from almost anywhere in the house.
Sunrise on the ocean every morning.
The Living Room is nautically furnished with awesome views of the ocean and offers a large flat screen TV and a stereo entertainment system which includes blue ray player, DVD and a hookup for iPhone. Speakers can be used inside or outside by the pool and patio or in the Tiki hut.
The kitchen and bar is fully stocked with all the utensils you need to prepare either a formal dinner or just a quick snack. The dining table is great for playing cards, games etc. Large glass doors open directly onto the patio which has a table with six chairs and lots of other seating areas. There are also two BBQ grills.
Gated solar heated pool with lounge chairs and floats available for just relaxing in the pool.
The Tiki Hut has a beautiful bar with a sink and small refrigerator. Music and warm lights are perfect for night time entertaining.
The brick walkways trail from the house to the Tiki Hut to the dock and are well lit with low level pathway lighting and are just beautiful at night.
Relax on the beach on one of our three hammocks under the palms and enjoy the beautiful view of the stars
The private dock is a very nice feature. It is great for boating and just enjoying the ocean. (Please make sure your boat will be ok in low tide)
Three bedrooms in the main house
Master with King Bed and a bathroom with full size tub and shower. In the master bedroom there is a quiet reading area, two chairs with a small table that are individually lighted for each person. A desk with a fax machine and computer and wi-fi is throughout the house. A door that leads to a private deck with a secluded outside shower. Flat screen TV, stereo and dvd player.
The second bedroom is tropically furnished with two queen beds, flat screen TV, two dressers and a night stand.
There is a separate apartment off the kitchen. This can either be totally private or open to the rest of the house. It has its own kitchen, private bath, cozy sitting/living room with a sofa that opens into a queen size bed and a nice recliner chair. Flat screen TV and gaming system along with a stereo system. The bedroom has two twin beds or they can be put together to make a king.
There are boat and jet ski rentals close by or if you bring your own boat, there are nearby locations for boat launching for a small fee.
The home has everything you need for a spectacular vacation experience! We invite you and your family to come enjoy fine living on the water in this custom oceanfront home.

great piece of property; great location in the keys. lots to do and see in the area.. house is wonderful however; needs a little freshening.. stereo in tiki bar did not work which was disappointing; outside grounds, decks, chair cushions, pool area and grill were not clean and presentable upon arrival. We spent the first couple of hours cleaning everything up. great for a large/multiple families; young kids, teenagers and adults alike.. wifi worked great; plenty of tv's, kitchen is well equipped, kayaks and bikes a nice add.. three hammocks receive a lot of use from the dads :) we will seriously considering another stay as we had a wonderful time!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers.

Beautiful place. Very relaxing. Had lots of room for everyone. Grandfather stayed in the detached cottage, to give him some quiet time away from the noise of the main house. Hope to return with entire family one day. Listing should say 4 bedrooms (includes apartment and detached cottage). Property manager was very helpful! We would definitely recommend this place to others. The kids used the pool every day and just about all day each day. The pool however does not have a "shallow" end. It's more than 4' deep once you go off the last step.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Great property. Very well appointed, had everything we needed from pool floats and beach towels to beach chairs and grill. We never left the house except to go to the store. Planning on a return trip next year. Great pool, beach and even had a nice dock where we moored our boat. Tiki bar was a very relaxing place to sit during afternoon rain showers and the kitchen was well equiped. Thanks for letting us rent this place, so nice.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

Such a beautiful property! We had such a great time and rarely felt the need to leave the property. The private beach and pool satisfied most of our needs. The tiki bar was great for evening entertainment, and the hammocks and shear size of the lot made it easy for anyone to find their own space to relax. I would definitely consider coming back again. Honestly, I could see myself returning every year!!! The landlord/owner made everything very easy and we felt welcome and prepared for the entire time. Cocomo's was truly a paradise away from home!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.
