Notice of cancellation must be received 30 days prior to reservation date to receive full refund of deposit. These Units Are All Non Smoking Units. Smoking in your condo will result in a $100.00 fine held from your deposit.
An advance deposit of $300 for weekly rentals and $850 – $1050 for monthly rentals is REQUIRED on all condos prior to arrival to confirm all reservations. Upon arrival this converts into a damage deposit and is refunded 10-14 days after departure provided the unit is reasonably clean, without damage, and all keys have been returned to the office. Major Credit Cards are accepted for deposits & rent
Additional Fees and Taxes:
All reservations are subject to 6% sales tax, and 5% bed tax.

About the owner: Gulf Terrace Condominiums have been in the Destin area since the 1970's. In that time they have seen many changes. We are a gated community located right across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. It is a lovely area located close to shopping and dining.
