This Nature Lover's Hide-away is situated amongst nature and all it's beauty, is where you will find this brand new single family home. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home has a fully equipped kitchen, King sized bed in the master and a Queen sized bed in the guest room. There are 11 other houses in this quaint little community, a pool, rancho and 24 hour security.
The grounds are professionally landscaped and immacuately maintained. During your leisurley strolls to the beach, Play Azul which is only 2 blocks away, you will often see McCaws and Howler Monkeys. Sitting on the porch of the house, you will see an array of birds in the garden and flying over to perch in the many almond trees.
The small fishing village of Tarcoles is approximately 2 km away where you will find grocery stores and a great spot to buy fresh fish. Nearby are the famous Tarcoles Crocodile Tour (5 min drive) Villas Caletas (known for the beautiful sunsets over the Pacific) 6km, Carara National Park where you can see McCaws nesting, 20 min drive, the beautiful Los Suenos Marina & Resort is approximately a 30 min drive and many small villages along the route to explore.
A truly tranquil and relaxing spot to enjoy your stay in beautiful Costa Rica. The use of a car is suggested.
