Kingston includes an on site full service Embassy hotel with restaurants, pool snack bar in season. The four million dollar health and sports club complex is complete with tennis courts, racquet ball and a water park for an extra charge. The plantation is located in the prestigious Arcadian Shores area close to Restaurant Row, Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach.
From the time you step through its double door entry foyer, this brand new luxury Condo is beautifully furnished complete with all the entertainment and conveniences of home, including 5 TV's, wireless Internet, phones and ceiling fans throughout the entire unit.
From its 9 foot ceilings and crown molding, ceramic floors, to the large great room with deck access, 36" flat screen TV and it's gourmet kitchen with Corian solid counter tops, oversized bathrooms you will enjoy a most memorable vacation.
The unit features three bedrooms, two of which are oceanfront. The master suite with its large ocean front window has a mahogany poster bed with a King sized Sealy Posturepedic luxury Newlin pillow top bed, oversized private master bath with double sink vanity, complete with a corner jetted whirlpool bath, divided separate shower, and large walk-in closet.
The second oceanfront bedroom has a queen bed, vanity with lighted makeup mirror and hair dryer, 8'high deck patio doors and access door to the second bath. The third bedroom has four twin beds, two twin Saigon day beds with two pull out trundle twin pop up units, large walk in closet and a complete entertainment center with 27" flat screen tv, dvd/vhs, and X-box video games,DVD disc's, VHS tapes, large selection of movies, reading and music. Along with a Red Beach Wagon to help you enjoy your day at the beach!
The gourmet kitchen with Corian counter tops is fully equipped with every imaginable kitchen item and all top of the line GE profile appliances. The utility room features full size GE profile washer and dryer with large utility sink and separate door entrance from the exterior, and all the supplies required.
Smoking is allowed on the deck only. No Pets or Motorcycles are allowed on the plantation. This unit is Handicap accessible.

From the minute we opened the door we felt at home. The pictures don't & cann't tell the story. The condo is well equipped with anything you would need, and really all you need is your food & what ever you want to wear. Once you stay here you won't want to stay anywhere else. This was a birthday trip for my younger sister & now we are looking to rent it again for another's 60th birthday. Enjoy your stay.

We had a fantastic stay this summer at Paula's place. Without a doubt, the best stocked condo we ever stayed at...the kids loved the selection of Xbox games and kids movies. Paula stocked the condo with plenty of books which gave my wife enough to read throughout the week. She had fishing poles, beach toys, the list goes on and on. The place was fantastic, clean, spacious for the seven of us. If you enjoy beach and ocean living, you won't want to leave the balcony...with the sliding doors open, the sound of the ocean calls your name. Thanks Paula for a great stay and vacation.

This was the best Myrtle beach vacation we have ever had! Paula makes it so enjoyable because you feel like your not giving up any of your luxuries from home and having to make do, because Paula has it all right there for you. Once you arrive you feel so at ease because you know you made the right decision for your family. My babies went right in and claimed their room and even slept in their own bed the whole night. It was a miracle!! The bed linens were so nice, the king bed is out of this world! You can lay in bed and look at the ocean, the pier, it's just awesome! The supplies that Paula has on had to enjoy the beach make it so convienent when it comes to packing. Just bring your suits and sunscreen because she has the rest. The balcony is huge and so safe and secure. You will not feel hesistant about allowing small children access. The view from the balcony can't be beat. If you have anyone in your family that has trouble getting around, they can sit on the balcony and take in all the splendor the ocean has to offer . It makes you feel like your on the beach even when your not. And dining alfresco never looked so good! We look so forward to our return visit. We have finally found our condo at the beach. So beautiful, clean and secure, Paula knows how to make you feel at home.

What can I say that I have not said before???? 1106 Margate is the best place to stay in MB! This is our second visit to Paula's home and our fourth visit to Margate Tower. All units are nice, but Paula's is the BEST!!!! This is by far the cleanest place we have ever stayed...great cleaning staff Paula! The decorations & colors make you feel like you are in a tropical wonderland. Any little extras that you might possibly need for your vacation are provided: beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys & a beach cart (to name a few). The kitchen is fully stocked and the tropical theme prevails throughout.....we love your place Paula and hope to visit again real soon! Thank you for sharing your home with us! JVP

Paula, all I have to say is that we instantly felt like we were at home in your condo! Everything was just as you said it would be!! We were beyond excited when we got there, and the pictures don't do it justice!! All of us absolutely loved your condo, and all week I kept hearing "good job picking out our condo mom!" There was something there for each one of us to enjoy, and the sand toys sure came in handy!
