Luxurious direct oceanfront spacious 2140 square foot total with 1830 interior, eleventh floor Condo with a huge 310 square foot private balcony with chaise lounge patio furniture, unit in the spectacular Margate Tower with high speed wireless Internet.

The Margate features only 9 units per floor with interior corridors, tropical landscape around a bi-level oceanfront pool with cascading waterfall, hot tub, front desk full time attendant along with the 10 pools located within Kingston Plantation, a private 145 acre beautifully tropically landscaped resort complete with lakes, a half mile of secluded beach located within a 24 hour security gated entrance.

Kingston includes an on site full service Embassy hotel with restaurants, pool snack bar in season. The four million dollar health and sports club complex is complete with tennis courts, racquet ball and a water park for an extra charge. The plantation is located in the prestigious Arcadian Shores area close to Restaurant Row, Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach.

From the time you step through its double door entry foyer, this brand new luxury Condo is beautifully furnished complete with all the entertainment and conveniences of home, including 5 TV's, wireless Internet, phones and ceiling fans throughout the entire unit.

From its 9 foot ceilings and crown molding, ceramic floors, to the large great room with deck access, 36" flat screen TV and it's gourmet kitchen with Corian solid counter tops, oversized bathrooms you will enjoy a most memorable vacation.

The unit features three bedrooms, two of which are oceanfront. The master suite with its large ocean front window has a mahogany poster bed with a King sized Sealy Posturepedic luxury Newlin pillow top bed, oversized private master bath with double sink vanity, complete with a corner jetted whirlpool bath, divided separate shower, and large walk-in closet.

The second oceanfront bedroom has a queen bed, vanity with lighted makeup mirror and hair dryer, 8'high deck patio doors and access door to the second bath. The third bedroom has four twin beds, two twin Saigon day beds with two pull out trundle twin pop up units, large walk in closet and a complete entertainment center with 27" flat screen tv, dvd/vhs, and X-box video games,DVD disc's, VHS tapes, large selection of movies, reading and music. Along with a Red Beach Wagon to help you enjoy your day at the beach!

The gourmet kitchen with Corian counter tops is fully equipped with every imaginable kitchen item and all top of the line GE profile appliances. The utility room features full size GE profile washer and dryer with large utility sink and separate door entrance from the exterior, and all the supplies required.

Smoking is allowed on the deck only. No Pets or Motorcycles are allowed on the plantation. This unit is Handicap accessible.

  • Dear Paula, Where do I begin? Our vacation to Myrtle Beach was fantastic!! 1106 Margate was truly outstanding, just as I knew it would be. The condo was beautifully decorated, very comfortable, exceptionally clean and soooo relaxing. The minute I walked out for the last time I was already missing the "elephant bar" (as we have dubbed it) on the balcony. Everything was just so wonderful. My boys said they felt like "rock stars" staying there! lol My parents, sister and nieces who came to dinner one night were equally impressed. All 10 of us had a wonderful relaxing dinner listening to one of the great Cd's you had in the player (very nice selection of music by the way) The music on the balcony was a great added touch, and the balcony was amazing....what a view!! All of the "extras" were so wonderful and appreciated. My daughter and I used the beach chairs every day and when my nieces came they enjoyed the beach buckets and shovels and playthings. When I went shopping the first day I bought all of the usual things I purchase for a condo stay but to my surprise when I got "home" you had already stocked those things. You do think of everything dont you? Again, thank you so much for use of your lovely beach home. It is by far the best we have ever stayed in. We WILL be back in the future! The Caton Family

  • Dear Paula, Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us last week. We absolutely loved it. You pictures do not do justice to the condo. It is beatifully decorated and extremely clean. The deck is very spacious and the outdoor furniture and elephant bar were great. Thank you for providing us with a wonderful place to stay. I would recommend your condo to anyone. My kids loved that you had bocci ball which we played on the beach. You made everything worth while and made our vacation a very memorable one. Thanks also to Gale at the lobby desk. She gave my son and daughter some beautiful shells to bring back to Pennsylvania. Everyone at the Margate was extremely friendly. We loved it. Thanks Paula. My wife Bea and our three kids enjoyed every moment in your beautiful home. All that was required was the food shopping. No worries after that. Believe me, your deck was used everyday the entire week...5 o'clock somewhere...I was looking for a place to relax and call home for the week and we found it!   • Paula's ocean front condo is the best value on the Grand Strand (that comment includes the Marriott Grande Dunes). She includes everything you can think of for a complete vacation so all you have to bring is your fun spirit and your toothbrush. Her condo is also immaculate which is how we take care of our home. And her balcony is one of the biggest in Margate Towers providing you a great view of the ocean on the 11th floor. This place is a "keeper"! Joe and Renee

  • We stayed at the Margate the end of May. They owners said they try to make the condo a place people will want to return to for vacation. They've definitely done that. The home is lovely, the location is fantastic and having things like the linens and beach chairs is icing on the cake. When we vacation in Myrtle Beach again, we'll look to stay in this same condo at the Margate.
