Excellent place. Our first time to Myrtle Beach and it was a memorable one. This condo supplied everything but food and drinks. Which you can get just minutes up the road. Everything you want to do is just minutes away from this beautiful condo. If your looking for a perfect place, stay at the Margate. Paula, thanks again for renting us your condo. Paula is the perfect hostess, she makes you feel at home in her beautiful condo. I have been renting condos for the past 10 years and have never found one that is more well equipped than this unit. We spent the month of March in this unit for the past two years and have enjoyed every minute of our time. We never had any problems but if any occurred, I am sure Paula would have responded quickly, Very caring owner. Thanks Paula for sharing your home at the beach.

Fantastic Stay

We had a fantastic stay this summer at Paula's place. Without a doubt, the best stocked condo we ever stayed at...the kids loved the selection of Xbox games and kids movies. Paula stocked the condo with plenty of books which gave my wife enough to read throughout the week. She had fishing poles, beach toys, the list goes on and on. The place was fantastic, clean, spacious for the seven of us. If you enjoy beach and ocean living, you won't want to leave the balcony...with the sliding doors open, the sound of the ocean calls your name. Thanks Paula for a great stay and vacation.

This was the best Myrtle beach vacation we have ever had! Paula makes it so enjoyable because you feel like your not giving up any of your luxuries from home and having to make do, because Paula has it all right there for you. Once you arrive you feel so at ease because you know you made the right decision for your family. My babies went right in and claimed their room and even slept in their own bed the whole night. It was a miracle!! The bed linens were so nice, the king bed is out of this world! You can lay in bed and look at the ocean, the pier, it's just awesome! The supplies that Paula has on had to enjoy the beach make it so convienent when it comes to packing. Just bring your suits and sunscreen because she has the rest. The balcony is huge and so safe and secure. You will not feel hesistant about allowing small children access. The view from the balcony can't be beat. If you have anyone in your family that has trouble getting around, they can sit on the balcony and take in all the splendor the ocean has to offer . It makes you feel like your on the beach even when your not. And dining alfresco never looked so good! We look so forward to our return visit. We have finally found our condo at the beach. So beautiful, clean and secure, Paula knows how to make you feel at home.

What can I say that I have not said before???? 1106 Margate is the best place to stay in MB! This is our second visit to Paula's home and our fourth visit to Margate Tower. All units are nice, but Paula's is the BEST!!!! This is by far the cleanest place we have ever stayed...great cleaning staff Paula! The decorations & colors make you feel like you are in a tropical wonderland. Any little extras that you might possibly need for your vacation are provided: beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys & a beach cart (to name a few). The kitchen is fully stocked and the tropical theme prevails throughout.....we love your place Paula and hope to visit again real soon! Thank you for sharing your home with us! JVP

Paula, all I have to say is that we instantly felt like we were at home in your condo! Everything was just as you said it would be!! We were beyond excited when we got there, and the pictures don't do it justice!! All of us absolutely loved your condo, and all week I kept hearing "good job picking out our condo mom!" There was something there for each one of us to enjoy, and the sand toys sure came in handy! Dear Paula, Where do I begin? Our vacation to Myrtle Beach was fantastic!! 1106 Margate was truly outstanding, just as I knew it would be. The condo was beautifully decorated, very comfortable, exceptionally clean and soooo relaxing. The minute I walked out for the last time I was already missing the "elephant bar" (as we have dubbed it) on the balcony. Everything was just so wonderful. My boys said they felt like "rock stars" staying there! lol My parents, sister and nieces who came to dinner one night were equally impressed. All 10 of us had a wonderful relaxing dinner listening to one of the great Cd's you had in the player (very nice selection of music by the way) The music on the balcony was a great added touch, and the balcony was amazing....what a view!! All of the "extras" were so wonderful and appreciated. My daughter and I used the beach chairs every day and when my nieces came they enjoyed the beach buckets and shovels and playthings. When I went shopping the first day I bought all of the usual things I purchase for a condo stay but to my surprise when I got "home" you had already stocked those things. You do think of everything dont you? Again, thank you so much for use of your lovely beach home. It is by far the best we have ever stayed in. We WILL be back in the future! The Caton Family

Dear Paula, Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us last week. We absolutely loved it. You pictures do not do justice to the condo. It is beatifully decorated and extremely clean. The deck is very spacious and the outdoor furniture and elephant bar were great. Thank you for providing us with a wonderful place to stay. I would recommend your condo to anyone. My kids loved that you had bocci ball which we played on the beach. You made everything worth while and made our vacation a very memorable one. Thanks also to Gale at the lobby desk. From the minute we opened the door we felt at home. The pictures don't & cann't tell the story. The condo is well equipped with anything you would need, and really all you need is your food & what ever you want to wear. Once you stay here you won't want to stay anywhere else. This was a birthday trip for my younger sister & now we are looking to rent it again for another's 60th birthday. Enjoy your stay.

Paula, We could not have made a better accomodation choice for our family's spring vacation. Your place was truly as advertised. My wife Bea and our three kids enjoyed every moment in your beautiful home. All that was required was the food shopping. No worries after that. Believe me, your deck was used everyday the entire week...5 o'clock somewhere...I was looking for a place to relax and call home for the week and we found it! Paula's ocean front condo is the best value on the Grand Strand (that comment includes the Marriott Grande Dunes). She includes everything you can think of for a complete vacation so all you have to bring is your fun spirit and your toothbrush. Her condo is also immaculate which is how we take care of our home. And her balcony is one of the biggest in Margate Towers providing you a great view of the ocean on the 11th floor. This place is a "keeper"! Joe and Renee

We stayed at the Margate the end of May. They owners said they try to make the condo a place people will want to return to for vacation. They've definitely done that. The home is lovely, the location is fantastic and having things like the linens and beach chairs is icing on the cake. When we vacation in Myrtle Beach again, we'll look to stay in this same condo at the Margate.

Thanks so much for a fabulous vacation! The condo is absolutely beautiful. You have put an extra personal touch in every room - it is soooo homey!! The Margate is definitely a "10". The kids really enjoyed walking to the pier and watching the fishermen catch all kinds of fish - and even an octopus! We will definitely be returning and requesting your condo again!! Well, what else can we say, but WOW! Beautiful condo with anything and everything you could possibly need. I think if Paula knew our clothes size she would have had those there too! If you are looking for high end accomodations coupled with space and scerenity book at the Margate. This unit has everything you could need inside and outside. Inside has excellent accomodations from the decor to bedsheets & many small ammenities that would make your packing and stay more comfortable. Outside are beautiful views and a gorgeous balcony to enjoy them from. I would definately reccomend this unit to anyone.

Our vacation was WONDERFUL! Everything at the Margate was perfect. Your condo was absolutely gorgeous!! The view was breathtaking and the deck was big enough to enterain our family. Paula - I just returned from a short trip to your condo with 'the sisters'. I can't tell you how much we enjoyed the trip and you condo is simply stunning! I don't think that during our waking hours we spent more than a few minutes anywhere other than the balcony. Listening to the music and watching the ocean was all we needed. Your condo is absolutely fabulous! We cannot believe how beautifully decorated and how comfortable you've made it. Wow! No matter what your expectations, they will be exceeded by Paula's condo. Location, view, location, decor, location, amenities, location, hospitality, and did I mention location? I could go on for at least the 3000 character limit, but suffice it to say that we will NEVER stay anywhere else on the Strand unless Paula is booked, and even then my next option would be to change my vacation week! I was tempted to post a bad review and not tell my friends about this place just to keep it a secret, but my conscience won LOL. Paula, thanks for a great vacation.

Sorry it has taken me so long to write a comment! My husband and I had a wonderful week in your condo back in September. We loved the decor, the balcony, the view, and really appreciated how clean we found the condo. The weather turned out to be great that week as well (always a little risky during hurricane season). We hope to be able to stay there again!

Dear Paula, We absolutely loved our vacation last week in Myrtle Beach. Your condo is amazing....it is the cleanest vacation condo we have ever stayed in. I commend you and your cleaning staff. The decorating of the condo is wonderful....I love palm trees, so this is the place for me!!! Any guest that is thinking about staying in an ocean front condo, should definitely stay here...you will not find another cleaner, more comfortable condo than Paula's. Paula, I almost called you as soon as we got to the condo. I know I saw it last year and fell in love with it but it was so much better than I remember. We had everything that we needed and so much more. We had a wonderful time and it was like being home but at the beach. This was one of the most relaxing trips that we have had to Myrtle and we are hoping to be able to come back next year. I love the elephant table that you added to the balcony. Paula, We just returned home after enjoying a week in your condo. All I can say is... wow. My daughter-in-law and I are very particular about accommodations when we travel, and your place not only met, but exceeded our expectations. The entire unit was immaculate and tastefully decorated. We spent a stressfree, fun, relaxed week in 1106 (with perfect weather!) I must also mention that the balcony is HUGE and the view of the ocean is spectacular. I can't tell you the number of times I dozed off in the lounge chair just watching the waves and listening to the ocean. Perfection! The McIlvaines all thank you for making this our best trip ever to Myrtle Beach! If anyone reading this comment is hesitant about booking this condo.. don't be. You will have a truly wonderful time here!

Paula, We just got back from our wonderful vacation at your condo. You have truly thought of everything... From the abundant supply of towels, to the beach toys and chairs, movies, magazines, kitchen items, etc. We felt right at home. Your condo is absolutely beautiful with a wonderful balcony and view. Hey Paula! We just got back yesterday from our wonderful vacation at the Kingston Plantation. Your condo was the "BEST". We loved everything about it. It was georgeous, spotless, huge, best balcony and view around. And of course, my husband and I fell in love with the master bed. We now have to have one. The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Everything that we needed or might have needed, you supplied. My and husband, son and I did not want to leave. My family and I rented Paula's condo this past September and surprised my mom in honor of her 60th birthday. Paula was a huge help from the very start and made us feel like family. She made planning a surprise vacation, which was no easy feat, truly enjoyable. After months of planning and a long drive from NY, walking into the condo for the first time was truly like entering paradise! My husband and I said "Wow!" countless times as we took in the beautiful, immaculate and spacious surroundings. We loved everything about it - the elegant decor, the amazingly comfy beds, the huge deck with its gorgeous ocean view, the well-stocked kitchen, the list is endless! Wow. Where do we even begin?? This place is FABULOUS. From the moment we walked in and heard music (coming from the great cd changer and nice selection of cds!) and saw the gorgeous place, we were thrilled. I told my husband I felt giddy! :) The place is gorgeous! Wonderful decor and such attention to detail. From the little barstools and tv in the kitchen (great for taking a little break while cooking - you can sit on the barstool, stir something and channel surf all at the same time!) to the big comfy bar stools at the bar to the awesome dining room table, the wonderful sectional sofa and the master bed - WOW - everything in this place makes you feel like royalty! :) The decor is wonderful! And the balcony - my GOODNESS it is HUGE and the furniture on it is anything but your standard ourdoor furniture. So comfy with thick padding and extra pillows!! We sat out there under blankets and just awed at the incredible view. We normally eat dinner out at least once or twice but we couldn't tear ourselves away from the gorgeous condo so we stayed in and cooked. It was GREAT!! And Paula - wow - she is truly the 'hostess with the mostess'!! She took wonderful care of us and made the whole experience absolutely perfect. Thank you, Paula!! Paula's unit is wonderful! It's new, spotlessly clean, and amazingly well stocked with everything you would need, and Paula has done a super job decorating it. You will enjoy your stay. Paula really cares about that and will work with you to make sure everything is just right. Her unit has a very large balcony and it faces right out onto the beach. The Margate tower is the newest in town, it's in a great spot as part of Kingston plantation which is a quiet spot, easy to get to, plenty of convenient parking right at the unit, good security, excellent facilities (pools, beach, etc.). We look forward to returning to Paula's unit.

This is by far the nicest place we've stayed in our 12 years of vacationing in Myrtle Beach! Not only is the condo beautifully decorated, immaculate and incredibly well-stocked (you don't need to pack much!), but Paula and Van even showed up to replace a broken iron and provide us with some new magazines and videos! Even the lady and gentleman who came in to clean as we were leaving were so nice; they actually tracked us down in the parking garage to give us a couple of things we'd left behind! Thanks for a great week!

Aside from extending Paula a huge THANK YOU for the magnificent accomodations, I do not even know where to start when describing this beautiful condo. From the moment we entered, my family and I knew we had made a great decision. Paula has truly gone out of her way to make sure that your vacation will be carefree and relaxing as possible.
