It’s so Boulder……. but only moments away in the historic Town of Superior. This recently updated cottage was built by the hands of our Great Grandfather in 1921. Immaculate, comfortable, warm and bright, quiet and peaceful. Nestled under towering old ash and cottonwood trees, set on large 2 acre lush lot. Delightful, enclosed, heated sunroom, well appointed kitchen, comfy quality bed and linens, backyard covered patio, covered front porch with swing. Our cottage invokes rest and relaxation after a day of adventure and exploring. A perfect home base for those visiting the Front Range and Denver. Approx 700 sq ft. Easy access to interstate, Boulder and Denver. 7.9 mi and a straight shot to the heart of Boulder. 7.6 mi to Campus & Folsom Field
Walk to Louisville, shopping and restaurants. Two blocks and a quick walk to RTD, Regional Transportation District bus stops. RTD Call-n-Ride available. 3 easy miles to the Louisville Recreation Center. Hop on the bus!
Superior is a historic coal mining town of the late 1800’s. Named after the “superior” high grade coal pulled from its mines. The town is approximately four square miles in area, has 594 acres of parks, green space, open space and 27 miles of trails. Stunning views of the Front Range of the Rockies, Flatirons and Eldora Mountain are abundant from the trails and parks within our town.
Two blocks and a quick walk to the Coal Creek trail. Picturesque (an understatement), well groomed, packed, soft-surface trail that parallels Coal Creek from S. McCaslin Boulevard in Superior to 120th Street in Lafayette. Breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountain's Front Range, Flatirons, Eldorado Mountains. Walk the Coal Creek trail at sunset and our town will capture your heart and soul. Extensions planned to be completed in 2012 will reach Vista Parkway in Erie. Currently 6.4 mi. in length.

Excellent change from traditional rentals! Comfortable, cozy and quiet. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, bus routes, and trails. Especially loved well maintained flat Coal Creek trail 2 blocks from front door. Relaxing rear porch for morning coffee, either indoors or out! Landlords very concerned for our comfort. Lots of provided info on surrounding communities and activities. 5 minutes south to Flat Irons shoping center, 5 minutes north to Boulder.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.
