Wai'ula'ula is an upscale development built in 2007 to provide luxurious condominium/villa accommodations with the space and comfort of a large vacation home. Located within the Mauna Kea Resort Community, this property offers unobstructed ocean views, brand new designer interiors and access to some of the best amenities and beaches in the world.
E202 is a 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath second floor unit with many tasteful upgrades including granite counter tops and beautiful mahogany wood trim. The living room features an HD TV, VCR, DVD player and wireless internet throughout. The master bedroom suite has a king bed, it's own private deluxe bathroom and a TV with VCR and DVD. The Second bedroom also features a king bed, private bathroom and a TV with VCR and DVD. The third bedroom is a spacious 'surf' themed room with two twin beds. This unit features expansive ocean and mountain views and a spacious outdoor lanai equipped with a gas BBQ and wet bar perfect for a sunset dinner.
Wai'ula'ula is located on the 'mauka' or mountain side of the highway at the Uplands development, accessed through the Hapuna Prince Resort entrance. The elevation of this area provides the most pleasant temperature with gentle breezes and expansive fairway views. All of the 'Ridge' units at Wai'ula'ula can be opened up for outdoor living but are also air-conditioned for maximum comfort. Interior appointments include custom furnishings, cherry wood cabinetry, and natural stone flooring. Wai'ula'ula has arguably the best recreation pavilion of all the resort properties for guests who like a private, spa-like vibe. It features it's own private infinity pool, large hot tub, and exercise room. It has a natural saline pool that is gentler on the skin than chlorine. There is also a large Club House that can be reserved by guests for entertaining.
Guests of this property can purchase resort privileges for both the Mauna Kea Beach and Hapuna Beach Hotels. The 2013 resort fee is a $150 account set-up, plus $60/adult (21 and over), $40/youth (14-20 years old) and children under 14 are free. This is a one time fee regardless of the duration of your stay. With resort privileges you will have full access to all the amenities and services of the two hotels including tennis, golf, and beach facilities. You will also receive preferred parking and a charge account for shopping, dining, and activities just like a hotel guest.
Guests of E202 will have the convenience of checking-in at the Mauna Lani Resort office (on the way from the airport) and will be serviced by an on-site professional management company. Special discounts on golf and other activities are also available through the property manager.
