Newly developed Wai'ula'ula Villa 345 is a luxurious 3 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath villa with beautiful ocean and golf course views. It features a very private pool and hot tub surrounded by tranquil landscape and wide open spaces. For families with small children, a safety fence can be installed around the pool for your peace of mind. The villa is tastefully decorated with contemporary Asian decor and tropical touches. The common areas of the villa has a great open floor plan with sliding doors that can be completely opened for indoor-outdoor living. The outdoor space includes a covered lanai, bar/refrigerator, a BBQ, and ample seating for beautiful sunset dinners.
The living room features a comfortable seating area with a state-of-the-art entertainment center with a flat screen TV and DVD player. Wireless internet and a sound system is available throughout the villa. The two master suites are located on opposite ends of the great room for optimal privacy. Both suites feature a large king bed, a flat screen TV, and a private bathroom. The third bedroom is very spacious and features two twin beds as well as it's own bathroom.
Wai'ula'ula has arguably the best recreation pavilion of all the resort properties for guests who like a private, spa-like vibe. It features it's own private infinity pool, large hot tub, and exercise room. It has a natural saline pool that is gentler on the skin than chlorine. There is also a large pool Club House that can be reserved by guests for entertaining, equipped with a complete kitchen.
Guests of this property can purchase resort privileges for both the Mauna Kea Beach and Hapuna Beach Hotels. The 2013 resort fee is a $150 account set-up, plus $60/adult (21 and over), $40/youth (14-20 years old) and children under 14 are free. This is a one time fee regardless of the duration of your stay. With resort privileges you will have full access to all the amenities and services of the two hotels including tennis, golf, and beach facilities. You will also receive preferred parking and a charge account for shopping, dining, and activities just like a hotel guest.
Guests of Villa 345 will have the convenience of checking-in at the Mauna Lani Resort office (on the way from the airport) and will be serviced by an on-site professional management company. For families with small children, a three-sided child safety fence is available upon request. For set up purposes, advance notice is required and a $200 + tax set up/removal fee will apply.
