This was a perfect spot for our family of four - wonderful views from the top floor and very tastefully decorated/renovated. The common living area and kitchen really made us feel at home. The bedroom/bathroom layout was a bit quirky, but we didn't mind at all. The extra bathroom was a nice added bonus. If there was one drawback, it had to be the somewhat lengthy elevator rides in stifling heat (but we were in Florida in July so I suppose that is to be expected). We would definitely recommend this unit.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We had a fabulous family reunion renting this unit and another on the same floor for our 2 families. Both condos were gorgeous and clean! We especially enjoyed this unit, it seems our family continued to gather there for our social times! We loved the different levels as it offered kids/teens & adults some solitude space at times! The pool, beach & grounds were perfect, the nature center was a small place, but a big hit with the kids, and all enjoyed the shops. Amelia is our favorite place, but this was our first Plantation stay, won't be our last either!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Great unit. My wife and I spent a week on Amelia Island with our yound adult children (22 and 24). Very comfortable, great facilities, beautiful views of the ocean. Unit is a short walk to the Omni Resort. I highly recommend.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

My mother and I stayed in this property the week after Mother's Day this year. The weather disappointed us, but not the accommodations or the property management and owners! This top floor ocean view residence is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The ocean view is amazing and the interior is upgraded, clean, functional and nicely decorated. We will definitely be back for another stay soon! Would highly recommend a stay here even to my most discerning friends and family!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We've been coming to Amelia Island for years and this is our favorite of all the places we have stayed. The floor plan and decor feels more beach house than condo with beautiful ocean front views from the kitchen, dining and living rooms. We love the natural surroundings and the boardwalk leading to the beach. My husband enjoyed playing golf and I had a great spa day. The other days we spent taking walks on the beach, reading and truly relaxing. We love that we can park the car and walk, bike or take a shuttle anywhere on the Island. So comfortable and relaxing…we will stay here again!Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We have been to Amelia Island Plantation several times and rented a variety of units. This was the first time we wer in that complex. It was great to have PARKING which can be difficult in some buildings. Loved the views and the up and down unit. Nice compared to the typical cookie cutter ones. Bathroom is tight but otherwise great place. Big open great room with big kitchen and eating area. Again, way better than most. Would love to go back there.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

Perfect getaway. Gorgeous townhouse. Updated with all kinds of extras. Best view. Quiet. Comfy furniture. Rented a Golf Cart and strolled all over property; never even needed a car. Easy access to pool, beach and fun! What a wonderful place to go for pure relaxation! The beautiful property of Amelia Island Plantation provides the perfect welcome to this warm, comfortable home away from home. The breath taking views that capture you as you come down the entry stairway, or up from the lower bedroom levels take your breath away. The ocean views draw you in from the grand windows in the cozy family room, the expansive glass doors that frame the open eat in kitchen or better yet the balcony where the ocean breezes reach out to you. Moving from the pool area, to the beaches, and back to the pool again was effortless with boardwalks and walkways to accomodate walking, bike riding or even golf carts. The shady trails and paths of The Plantation provided respite from the sun for an occasional walk, bike ride or jog for thoseof us who desired some physical activity. Our meals were prepared in the fully stocked kitchen, grilled on the community bar-b-que near the pool, or eaten in one of the various restaurant choices on the property. We really did not want to leave and we definitley plan to return!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

WOW is the perfect way to describe this amazing vacation home! From the moment we entered the front door, my family and I were amazed at every turn. Photographs just cannot begin to do it justice. The décor in the home is stunning, and you can see pride of ownership in every detail. The open family room and kitchen is the perfect place to gather and relax and the ocean view is just breath-taking! The kitchen is stocked with everything you could dream of including cute cocktail glasses and “beachy” serving pieces. The bedrooms are a level below the family room and kitchen so late sleepers won’t hear the coffee pot brewing in the morning. We loved spending time on the balcony with a view of the pool, Ocean Links golf course and white sandy beaches. The owners were so pleasant and accommodating. They provided personal recommendations for local restaurants and attractions as well as information for the resort. My family has such happy memories of this vacation - we will definitely be returning next year!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.
