We stayed here with our daughter and her family for our vacation this year. After being a guest on Fripp for the past 20 plus years we have never had SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH A HOUSE OR FRIPP RESORT! Upon booking the home states "accommodates 11", this should mean not only sleeps but will also seat @ the dining table and living room. Also be able to handle in the bathrooms. We had available to us very tiny bathrooms with minimal storage, no storage in the kitchen, minimal seating in the living room certainly not enough for 11 people. "Shonde" a property manager from the resort had to offer "you get what you pay for". C'mon Shonde surely we can have better managerial skills! We were offered 2 other properties at of course a higher rate if we so chose to after being in this house now for a day and 1/2 of our vacation. Quite a task @ that point to pack all up and move.
